I think its good, especially the creatures.

The theme is new and although similar to Haven still interesting. I don't really like the fire breathing attack of the Chimera but the creature itself is good.

Race: 6(its hard to think this concept in the game)
History: 8(good history and background about the creatures but its hard to imagine such a kingdom only interact with heaven thoughout the history)
Creatures:8(ýts good to see chimera and as ý see you only gave wings to the 6th level because of the concept;ý liked that)
Balance: 6(some ability problems perhaps and lack of variety due to the concept,but the general line up seems to fit the theme,lack of shooty stuff and not much ability to replace it is bad.I normally would find that recuit stuff overpowered but maybe it can balance your non-shooting army)

I think your idea of barbarians worshipping war-mongering angels is very cool. You even have the social caste system though out, well done.

History: 7
You mentioned the reaction of other fractions in Heroes V to this fraction, but you did not mention how this fraction reacted to major events which involved other fractions, like the eclipses.

Creatures: 5
Creatures of level 1-3 are boring and are all melee creatures which reminds me of the skeleton-zombie-mummy lineup of Heroes II Necromancer town. Another problem is that while Divine Pegasus' ability will work well with shooting troops (by driving an enemy troop back so that a friendly shooter can shoot), your fraction has no shooting troop. Having said that, the Fortune, 4-headed attack and Divine Inspiration abilities are creative. I like the Nerafin and the Chimera, especially the Chimera. What spells does the Nerafin have?

Balance: 2
Having five flyers and no shooters limits the type of strategy a player can execute. It will be a boring town to play. Also, when defending a castle, you got to have shooters, if not, what's the use of walls if you gonna rush out of them to attack?

Originality: 6
Nice race, nice story, nice creature line-up but poor creature ability design (despite having three really creative abilities, your other abilities are modified versions of existing abilities).

Race: 9

Very good! A xenophobic race driven by the belief that they are superior, under the rulership of a fallen and bloodthirsty angel, with dumb barbarian firepower.

History: 7

Nothing special, but well conceived. However, declaring war to every other race takes your faction straight to a hack and slash type of campaign plot, which I wouldn't like.

Creatures: 8

A very nice line-up. The roc and chimera descriptions would have fitted better if they were tamed by the winged people, not the barbarians; it would add to your town's veridicality.

Balance: 6

Debatable. The many winged creatures will help you clear the map of archers with ease, while the lack of ranged creatures will force you to engage in hand to hand combat with every single monster you meet. Advantage sieging, disadvantage being under siege. That seems pretty balanced to me. The thing that unbalances your line-up, however is that you have an extremely strong array of special abilities (double strike and % of double dmg at L1!, head cutting at L2!!, no retal at L3, % of stun at L4, 3 headed attack + % of effects at L7).

Originality: 8

Quite original.

Creatures( 3+4 )=7  many repeats, but good ideas basically.
Balance( 4+3 )=7 many special skills are bland but the chimera’s “open up a can of whoop-ass in 5 flavors” seems fun.  Also creatures 3 through 6 are flyers, which unbalances an HOMM5 battlefield.
Originality=9

A good idea that was well implemented

Very interesting idea. But needs more depth - how can barbaric and holy creatures coexist, what their way of life is.

History: 6
Has interesting moments, but needs more twists and integration with other HOMM5 races.

Creatures: 6
Some creatures do not match the story and barbaric nature of the people.

Balance: 6
Hero skills are not clearly explained, and potentially unbalancing.
Lack of ranged units.

Interesting town idea, some interesting creature specials.
