ICTC: The Fortress

The Fortress

Race:Greenskin(orcs, ogres, goblins)

Core filosophy:"Might and Magic over everything"

Worship: Theos, dragon of might

Colour: Dark Green, Dark Blue

Sing:wooden spiked club on black banner

History:
Race of greenskins(orcs, goblins, etc.) is very old. It's history begins in time, when all races were not intelligent very else(about 50YSD). In this time, Shao-Alk, master of orc shamans has been chosen on king. Shao-Alk was powerful king witch rules very rough. Nobody threatened kingdom by long years for day, in which troops of Sylvans have attack at fortress of greenskins. Shao-Alk, in battle frenzy, has to attack Sylvans force. He has won, but he die in the battle. Greenskins bless him as they god for today.

Short description of race:
Battles are biggest hobby of Greenskins. In time of peace, they are exercise art of war. Young orcs are exercised on shamans or shooters, ogres in club fighting, and goblins in fast running. They mortal enemies are Sylvans, and they friends are Dungeon. Greenskins are living on swamps, an dark, deep forests.

Units:
1.Goblin Runner
Description:
Goblins are very fast. They running arround enemies and attacking. They can kill enemies very silence.

Abilities:
-10 % chances to kill bonus one enemy for one goblin in attacking unit.

1.Upg. Goblin Mechanic
Description:
Goblin Runners, witch can destroing walls with bombs. They making bombs on battlefield.

Abilities:
-10 % chances to kill bonus one enemy for one goblin in attacking unit.
-Can destroing walls by bombs.

2.Orc Shooter
Description:
Orc with Heavy Crossbow. Crossbow have very long distance, but are very less in close fighting.

Abilities:
-Can shoot
-Attack twice

2.Upg. Orc Hunter
Description:
Orc Hunter are shoting from automatic pistol. In close fighting, they using longsword.

Abilities
-Can shoot
-Normal atack
-Attack twice


3.Orc Shaman
Description:
Orc battle mages, who can attack Sylvans with revange for Shao-Alk.

Abilities:
-Caster(May cast 1'st level spells)
-Double damage to Sylvan forces

3.Upg. Orc Priest
Description:
Priests of Shao-Alk. Their axes are full of enemies blood and strong of Shao-Alk.

Abilities:
-Caster(May cast 1'st and 2'nd speels)
-Triple damage to Sylvan forces
-May summon Goblin Runners

4.Ogre Clubfighter
Description:
Ogres are very stupid, but they are very strong too. They have very long club and they can attack two enemies for one attack.

Abilities:
-Attack two enemies in the same line
-May cast "Battle frenzy" on he

4.Upg. Ogre Clubmaster
Description:
Ogres Clubmasters are some inteligents over the Clubfighters. They can prevent some damage.

Abilities:
-Attack two enemies in the same line
-May cast "Battle frenzy" on he
-Prevent 10 % of damage

5.Mechanical Harpy
Description:
Mechanical Harps builders are goblins. Mehanical Harpy are like normal harpy.

Abilities:
-Can fly
-Attack and return
-Mechanic

5.Upg.Hydraulic Harpy
Description:
Hydraulic Harps have more dexterity then Machanical Harps. They can attack twice.

Abilities:
-Can fly
-Attack and return
-Mechanic
-25 % chances to twice attack

6.Ogre Rider
Description:
Intelligent Ogres are units of Greenskin Cavalery. They are very dangerous.

Abilities:
-Distance master(+5 % damage for each crossed hex)
-25 % chances to block 50 % of damage

6.Upg Ogre Cavalery
Description:
The most inteligent Ogres are elite cavalery. They attacking all enemies around with rounding they sword. They riding a mix of horse and bull.

Abilities:
-Distance master(+5 % damage for each crossed hex)
-25 % chances to block 50 % of damage
-Attack all enemies arround

7.Behemot
Description:
Acient beast. Behemots acient might are fraiding all enemies.

Abilities:
- 20 % chances to 150 % damage
- Fear
- +2 to morale for all alliance units
- 5 % to kill all enemies in unit

7.Upg War Behemot
Description:
War Behemots are awaking Battle Frenzy in all alliance units.

Abilities:
- 25 % chances to 150 % damage
- Fear
- +2 to morale for all alliance units
- 10 % to kill all enemies in unit
- In begin of your turn, cast massive speel "Battle frenzy"

Heroes:
Battle Hero: Warchief

Example:

Ghecko

Special Ability: Ogre Rider
All Ogre Riders and Cavalery getting special bonus.

Level 1

Abilities:
Basic Armor
Basic Artilery

Description:
Ghecko is young hero. He fights like an Ogre. He's axe are very old. Legends are saying, that is an axe of Shao-Arto- son of Shao-Alk.


Mage hero: Shaman

Example:

Shao-Khel

Special ability: Battle Frenzy
Battle Frenzy are more effective

Level 1

Abilities:
Basic Scouting
Basic Inteligence

Description:
Shao-Khel are half-orc half-human. He was son of human hero called Argicko. He was exresiced to a Warchief, but he become Shaman.

Campaing:
Young shaman, Shao-Theo are living in peace in his village, since the day,  when Ricko-Sylvan general attack his village. Ricko killed all of his family. Desperated Shao-Theo escaped from Ricko's hand. He want revenge. But first, he must get the army...

Ahm Nightfalcon why does orc shooter has higher rank than orc shamea,kinda strange for me.

Sorry, my error. Orc shamans are better, then Orc shooters. I'll fix it

I have one question: Can I make unlimited number of towns , becouse I've got new ideas?

Creatures(1 + 3)=4    the motto is Might and Magic over everything" but they have mech. Harpies? And ogre cavalry’s a little wierd
Balance( 3+ 3)=6

Race (Originality [1-5]+Compatibility with HOMM5 universe[1-5])
History (How interesting is it to me [1-5] +Compatibility with HOMM5 universe [1-5])
Creatures (Originality [1-5] +Internal Consistency [1-5])
Balance  (are the special skills inventive [1-5] + Does it have a variety of flyers, shooters, walkers, spell-casters [1-5]
Originality (all the originality scores added up and divided by two.  This means that creativity counts twice. [1-10])

Comments: I like the idea of uniting the ‘greenskins’ in one town, as I believe they fit well together. The history needs some work, but the basic foundations are there. The creatures are a good mix, except perhaps level 6. The special abilities are actually quite well balanced, but they are also quite complex. A good theory, but more development of the town’s history and creatures needed to refine it further.
