History: 7 - sad, cause it had so much potential, just sad  . On the flip side I'd rather have a short history that is thought out rather than a long one with no cohesion.
Race: 8 I like the creatures you brought together in the town, but only that much (and this is being generous). You really gave me the feel that the barbarians are well... barbarians 
Creatures: 7 nothing to impress me, I liked everything else though. You have two lvl 6 creatures btw
Balance: 3 - see above explanations
Originality: 6 ummm, originality, this is not very original, sorry, but you do get some kodos for bringing the creatures together

Race(3 +3 )=6 Orcs as the central race is not convincing.
History(2 +4 )=6
Creatures(2 +3 )=5 dwarves mixing with orcs? Too many repeats
Balance(4 +3 )=7 good special skills. I'll ignore the decapitation because it's ridiculous
Originality=6
(plus two for effort)
Total Score= 32
How I graded these:
Race (Originality [1-5]+Compatibility with HOMM5 universe[1-5])
History (How interesting is it to me [1-5] +Compatibility with HOMM5 universe [1-5])
Creatures (Originality [1-5] +Internal Consistency [1-5])
Balance (are the special skills inventive [1-5] + Does it have a variety of flyers, shooters, walkers, spell-casters [1-5]
Originality (all the originality scores added up and divided by two. This means that creativity counts twice. [1-10])

Race: 7
Good. Could go a bit deeper into describing their ways of life.
History: 6
Nice start, but needs integration with other HOMM5 races.
Creatures: 8
Good mix of creatures that fit together the way you explain them.
Could do with more originality in special abilities.
Balance: 6
A bit overpowered. Could do with some more spell casting from creatures.
Originality: 7
Good, but currently not too original.
