Sorry just tired of elves. If there is some way sahuagin could be made to look like nice fluffy creatures then it might work.

I am trying to be sarcastic. I guess you did not get that with the surfing part.
The very beginning of another town with elf turns away. To be serious I would subsitute the elf with some merfolk that lose their tail when they go on land.

The idea is quite good, but there's neither a description nor a good history. Your creatures are quite good. As I said before, the idea looks good, but there are some important things missing.

Good idea and good teamwork, but the entry is too incomplete to be judged.
Want to give you a bunch of points for the Fortress Whale, probably the most unique creature in the whole of ICTC
