Map Review Utility
Hello, everyone!
I've created a small program that will help you rate maps you have and review them. Project is in Alpha Version - I will create an "upgrade" if you think it does any good. Project Archive (MapReviewSystem.zip) can be found here:

I've unpacked it and copied a few maps in its root and Maps folders. However, I get this message when I try to run .exe:
Component 'RICHTX32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly recorded: a file is missing or invalid
What am I doing wrong?

You need VB runtime libraries. I will upload needed files shortly. You don't need to copy your maps to program's directories. Use MDBEdit.exe to rate a map. Read readme.txt. TNT.

Since the group is full, I've created a new group (http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/tnth3group) where I will upload these files. You can find the program in the Utilities section. Open Runtime Libraries folder and download files to your System32 folder. (Only those you don't have.)
Here's the list of files:

By the way, I see you suggest the reviewer take screenshots using a graphics program, but I'd recommend the Minimapper.

MRDB New Version
Hello, everyone!
The Map Review DataBase Utility has been updated to Version 1 (It was in BETA). Now, all map informations are in one .mrf. Map Awards are added, 'Run Minimapper' option is included.
The ZIP requires 35 KB, 188 KB unpacked + additional memory for maps. (Minimaps created with Minimapper are about 85 KB, MRFs are about 0.8 B).
Available at: 'games.groups.yahoo.com/groups/tnth3group' in ..\Files\Utilities section.
NOTE: Runtime Libraries are still required.
