Age of Sound
As i already noted, those "Best smthn.."Threads are normally a pain in the ass for me. But i got nostalgic, and i want to know "Whats your favorite Heroes Sound"?
Knowing that H2 has the best Sounds of all, here are mine  :
1. H2 Cyclops flamin innocent Unicorns with a laser stream making a nasty "Bzzzzzzzzz"
2. H3 Vampire Lords draining blood from Pikemen making kind of "choking" sound like "bloooeaaarrrr". 
3. Finally the H2-Pigs attack! "Oooinkq"

The sound I'll never forget is the Hydra moving and attacking. sssssSSHYAAAH!

1. The H2 Peasant's death groan. "Uuuuuugh...!"
2. The H1 and H2 Cyclopes' footstep noises. *scrape-scrape-scrape*
3. The fanfare while visiting H2 dwelling sites. (e.g. Halfling Hole)
4. The ambient mine noises in H2. *tink-konk-konk-konk-tink*

H3 behemoth's crush sound, as it destroys everything on its way

When I bought H2 I played necro first and thought the sounds were really funny and the whole town had such a personality (lost in HOMM3 and later).
H2 Vamire's confident "BLA!"
H2 Lich's evil "Waa" when shooting and another cool sound when dying.
H2 Zombie's "uuuh" when they push someone like a school bully. (the flies around them are really cool too).
And H1 peasant "aah" when dying is funny because it's so unconvincing. I mean they are dying, and all they say is a half-hearted "ah"

I like the sounds the HoMM 3 Firebird make when it was attacked or it attacked. Too bad the Phoenix had none of that.

I will never forget the sound of the Titans when the got hit, and when the attacked, and when they died 'sigh' they were good sounds.
I also like the Vampires blahh sound when it attacked.

when you attack a castle as the barbarians and the arrow towers target your trolls three times in a row and the troll stack dies, it sounds like she's moaning in pleasure.....................
its so bad that i have to turn off the sound at times to make sure people dont get the wrong idea
