Heroes of might and magic 3 Complete

I need help . My net games dont work . I really would want some help . It says " Network doesn`t connect . Please try again " . I have done everything . Patches , Windows update and many many other things . I would really like it to work . Please help me .

At the top of the menu, there's a topic called "How can i solve my online-gaming problems exactly?" You can find the answer there.
