Question about Armageddon's Blade and the Vial of the Dragon?
I have played the campaigns sometime back but cannot find which artifacts are combined to make these two relics?
Also can you create these relics outside the campaigns?

As far as I know, they're not combo artifacts. Either they come in their final (and only) form, or they just don't.

Thanks for the reply. I have had them in random map games as complete relics but was wondering if you got all of the original artifacts together, could they be reconstructed?

No, because there are no 'original artifacts' from which Armageddon's Blade and Vial of Dragon Blood are constructed. There were no combo artifacts in HoMM3 before SoD, and AB (which introduced both of the artifacts in question) was released before then.

They aren't combined artifacts!They are level 5 artifacts which are extremely rare.

Actually, no.
They're level 4 artifacts otherwise known as relic-artifacts.
If you place a random level 4 (relic)-artifact on a map and allow Vial of Dragonblood/Armageddon's Blade artifacts in map properties artifact-page, there is a chance they appear when playing the map.
