Hehe you got the good ideas but I figure a prison the creatures would be more on the evil side then netral.
I guess in some cases it could go either way  .
My problem is that you got way too much for added structures about 303949504 too much.
I think you need to lose some of them.
Especially you got many structures with population related.
Too powerful & I believe it may effect the balance tremendously.
I cant wait to see the stats with your creature.
Another long one & have to work soon  .
I will read it more throughly to get a better description .

I couldn't come up with a better name, and it stuck in my head. Why don't you suggest a better name for the faction?

Again, it does NOT have 30394540 buildings. I don't think Nival would allow a town level to get THAT high. As for the growth, haven't you noticed their initially low growth for lower tiered creatures? That and the Caravan is random

I know you mean better with what you're saying for both my towns, but when I make up my mind, it's very difficult to change my mind.
P.S. Oh, and you might want to focus on your spelling and grammar. I'm picky about that.

I am just picking out what I see.
I dont know why your going at me in that direction.
It's positive criticsm if anything.
You can do what you like but I never seen any town with so many special structures.

Just finished the prison and I can't say it let me down! However I am not convinced it's better than the guild even though parts of it are certainly superior. For starters the basics and history are well planned and everything falls in place smoothly. Such an alliance could easily have been possible though the actual creatures in the lineup are not so commonly found together in fantasy lore. The racial itself is a good idea but on expert and ultimate it is nothing short of overpowering and considering that the higher tiers have good hp and initiative...Sadly there are no abilities accompanying it. In the unit section there are some balance problems:
Spies do too much damage even with their low growth considering they also have double strike and conceal.
Fencers with low hp and evasion make for a pretty random game. Either they'll die fast or win against the odds. Their upgrade is obviously imbalanced with +25hp, evasion and chance for 2-5 attacks with no retaliation.
Werewolf: Regeneration, 100 hp AND saviour makes them too durable. Especially the silver ones with a boost to damage, health, initiative, att/def, 8 speed AND unlimited retaliation. Leadership pops up at 15% making such a unit VERY strong.
And the advocates(cool concept!) need some adjustments. They can counter mass curses themselves(esp mass slow), do high damage and have speed 9! AND shield allies??
I also noticed there are just 2 units that are large while all others have 3.
The skills are just perfect, fitting the faction, innovative and balanced. The dwellings pose no resource difficulties and are well planned though there are a few more unique dwellings than I'd like.
The town specialties, heroes, artwork and culture description receive a bonus.
Final grade 83%
I have pretty much elaborated on its problems, I just want to say that I liked the prison almost equally with your other creation and would like to play such a faction. Just work on the balance a little more!
