There is only a trainer, not yet a cheat code (or maybe never).

I find out that Black Dragon is no longer has immunity to magic. You can kill it with implosion or chain lightning and meteor shower. I think Black Dragon supposed to be immune to any magic.

I play dungeon a lot and I noticed that too....I also noticed that the dark/grim raiders are missing their shields...hope the patch fixes this because they look cooler with shields .

HOMM v1.0 - the bugs/annoying things I found so far:

Markal (Necro campaign hero) has his specialty-thing that says "All neutral undead creatures will join your army - and then some % thing".  It DOES NOT work on the Death Knights, at least in Necro campaign Mission Two.  It worked on all else - Wighs, Skeletons, Zombies and so forth.  Well, Death Knights ARE neutral and they ARE undead, so they should join Markal, but they don't, instead they engage in a fight.  This is probably because you cannot recruit Death Knights in the Necro town - in which case the info about Markal specialty is misinforming. WATCH OUT THERE!

Another bug is in the Inferno Campaign in the really difficult (if playing on 'hard') mission when you have to defeat Girael.  Every week is a week of sylvan creatures (until you kill the druids) - so the all the sylvan population should increase.  Well, it does, but only for neutral and the computer castle, NOT for your sylvan castle that you conquer.  DON'T COUNT ON IT

There's a very annoing bug I found, which is probably no surprise for anyone:  computer CHEATS.  I saw an cpu Sylvan hero gain 2 levels in 2 days, from 17 to 19 level, by fighting some minor creatures (I guess it was horde of Sprites and lots of Wardancers).  No way you would ever get enough experience by fighting those creatures to gain 2 levels that high.

My friend also reported that the cpu cheats on mana.  I haven't noticed that.

Another very major bug I found is the Sylvan moat-thing that was reported before.  If you're playing v1.0 don't even attempt to capture Sylvan without a LOT of shooters and flying creatures - once the moat captures you, you're toast:  every turn the entagling spell "renews", in such a way that when the trapped creature's turn comes it always is trapped for another 5 turns.  The creature also takes damage no matter what it does - either when you wait or defend, and you cannot do anything else since you are entangled by the roots.  When attacking Sylvan town, just wait until your catapult destroys the gate, otherwise your stack of creatures trapped in the 'moat' is toast.

The last thing (so far) is that Banshee Howl cast by Markal doesn't seem to work AT ALL - the iniciative of affected creatures is not lowered - it looks like it when you right-click on the creatures, but it is only written, the creatures get to take their turns as if nothing happened, and they don't go down the iniciative que.  And they NEVER get bad morale effect.  I just don't use it at all...

Not a bug but annoing - you can't get the fantastic upgrade to Banshee Howl when playing Markal (the one that lowers the morale by -6) since you don't have enough skill slots to begin with:  you have to have Luck, Attack, Logistics, Dark Magic and Basic Enlightment to eventually get the upgrade, but Markal starts with Necromancy AND Leadership and there's only 6 slots for the skills.

To be continued... couse I love to moan .  Great game anyway!!

Neutral stacks of Sprites do nothing but defend if engaged by undead ctreatures. Once you attack them hand to hand they retaliate and it is only then they start using their turns to attack you. Free skeletons early game!!!

The game cheats on mana pretty often, one battle i casted lighting bolt with my Elder druids 6 times

Got an error that completely crashed the game.

Something about my PC ID and the games ID doesn't work or isn't compatible; whatever that means.

Happened during on-line, about the 1st month, 2nd week.

Strange cam bug :

in necro campaign, the last level, I have Markal to kill Godric with his academy forces. When I set auto combat mode, I win. But when I try to play it manual, after the whole academy army of Godric is destroyed, smt happens, that is 50 angels, 100 priests, 300 footmans and 400 archers suddenly appear in the battle, which kill me instantly.

another strange bug:
last mission of the ranger campaign - at the underground north west area there are a bunch of druids guarding treasure chests - one of the treasure chest is inside the wall and cant be reached! and it can only be seen at a specific angle!

also noticed a gremlin that spawned (from weak events) inside an unreachable area (middle of forest) in a previous campaign misson.

another bug:

ranger campaign , last mission : i attacked the middle city with my ranger (i think its name is nuba-shuma) and my tactic skill didnt work! (i only had 2 lines to put the soldiers in)

the bugs and errors just keep on coming...

this game needs a patch!!!

Luck isn't required for Howl of Terror ultimate. Check [url=http://www.celestialheavens.com/viewpage.php?id=520]Skill Wheel[/url]

And starting with leadership is great (or any other non-crucial skill towards Ultimate skill). It acts as a skill selection buffer when there are no other skills available to choose towards your ultimate. If you are presented with only Estates(leadership) and Archery(attack) as choices, taking estates will still permit you to get the ultimate while Archery will take a skill slot needed for Battle Frenzy, Cold Steel and Power of speed. Took me a while to figure this out. And sometimes you're messed up due to all bad skills offered.

Was the enemy hero Nebiros (inferno) by any chance? His special does not permit the enemy to use tactics.

hmm i dont know... that might be the reason...

anyway another bug:

wizard campaign :
my wizard - zehir with speciality : when stack die in combat it is replaced with elementals

i attacked the necro town and the opposing hero was naadir - his specialty : whenever he kills enemy stacks ghost are summoned.

let just say that when he killed one of my stacks there where 2 units on the same square!!!
yes my water elementals and his ghosts summoned on the same spot of my dead gremlins and my water elementals couldnt move becuase the ghosts where right on them!

i have a screenshot but i dont know how to post it here (i think its becuase its too big (3 mega))

What makes Nur unique among Academy heroes?
a) She is a Djinn
b) She is a girl
c) She has no magical power

The answer is not b
Anyway, it seems that no answer to this question is correct.

a) is correct. Here's her bio:

another bug...

i attacked a town with my academy troops and i had an ammo cart.

my enemy destroyed my ammo cart then my titans ran out of ammo
so i used my gremlins to restore the ammo cart but the titans still stayed out of ammo!

obviously restoring the ammo cart should have restored my creatures ammunition but it didnt so its defenitly another bug.

dont know if this is a bug, but i think it should be fixed:
when recruiting a demoness (female demon hero) her avatar looks just like the male while the campaign avatar of demoness looks just right (like biara) which is much better.

Misplaced text

When i had my hero ,Markel (sp?) cast curse of the Netherworld, and some creatures resisted the spell, it showed a way in front of the critter, not even annoying, but shouldnt it be placed properly?

Also when i have multiple castles of the same race, the mageguilds seem to give the same spells for lvl 1 in each guild. This is annoying as ,

not sure this is a bug but here goes:
if you use town portal into a haven castle with stables (and u didnt go into stables that week) - the town portal takes away all your movemnt points but then the stables increases your movement so you can go out of town and walk around a bit.
