TotE was no cd protecting from the start. The original version have it becouse of patch 1.6, i think. Well, that was that Maurice said

hello ,
i restarted to play heroes 5 again form beginning... cuz i didnt started the expansions yet(yes ..fail) so for warming up i decided to get the main heroes 5 done ...
i saw abug in 5-1 Refugees....Biara not showing up ..then i updated the game ok shes there i killed her ..gg...
but now i have this stupid bug that i CANT start the mission 2 ...
when i try to go via menu ...it has 3 options *Standart / Dual / 3x3* modes....
i press standart ...nothing happens ...actually after clicking any of them ..nothing happens still ...
i tried to create a new profile ..tried with it ...no cant start the heaven campaign with a new profile aswell ..same reason..
i load my last save ..kill biara again the cinematic comes where a pixie comes and says *come to capital bla bla ..* and then what i see is the message *Congratulation.* ...OK.... thne its the main menu background where a devil vs priest(inquistor) are fighting etc ...and i dotn see a MENU place or nothing to click on ...and i notice altougfhi alrdy installed 1.5 it says 1.2 / 1.0 mixed up and not much readable on left bottom..
how i will get rid of it ?

Reinstall your game... I guess patch 1.6 fix no bugs, or it does?

nah i mean i wanted to have the new features added with patches aswell
but now i have this stupid disoriented menus etc ...
so i will reinstall the game after backing up my profile ..should be done i guess ..but still i just installed patches didnt do anythin else...

did you install patches in middle of campaign, cause that messes up the campaigns

well apparently it did ...
i reinstalled the game ..put my profile back on... now i can play
but i doubt i will install the patches again ... they are the one stuff bugged my game totally anyway
tought i liked the leet letter font and such

well, try to patch one more time. That havn't happened to anyone of us before, i think. remember first: 1.4, so 1.41, next is 1.5 and at last 1.6

Try to download the patches and try the mission again. It is probably a bug and patches have fix many bugs

It's becouse the level cap is at level 25. Findan is then reduced back to level 25. So bad Nival did this and Ubi didn't fix it in patches. Also "the first of the circle" and archmage of the the Silver cities is named Zehir

I didn't read all the pages of the thread so i don't know if this question was already posted, ok?
Why is it that I can't see the dead bodies of my creatures in the battlefield (oh, it's got nothing to do with consume corpse, i can assure you)? please help.

Is it becouse your creatures stand on them. THey become invisible then. Else i don't know

Is the utopia meant to give you spells that you can't learn so you end up not getting any spell? I've encountered this on numerous times already.

No, it's just totally random. Wizards have a better luck since they will usually have more than one magic schools.

Maybe they dissapear forever if you sit a certain number of turns on them. I tried to do something like that in Mission 5 with Findan( Nicolai). Each time I killed a Necro-creature, i've sent a waek creature to the body to prevent them to cast Raise Dead. It worked!!

a bug in heroes5_manual:
the manual says that distract can delay the ATB bar to a negative value,but the ATB could never be a negative value.
