All creature images (icons as well as full figures) can be found at
Archangel Castle
BTW those images from underworld are good, but what/who is this:

I am looking for enlarged images with good quality and details like on the site I mentioned. Images from the same collection as on that site.

I have never gotten the answer myself, but I think it was supposed to be a Fortress creature, most probably the early version of the Gorgon. It's just a guess though, based on the fact that it is the only unit missing in this beta screenshot:

I'm glad they chose the gorgon. Does that floating skull have a name? Besides I can't see its connection with swamps.

 This creature of gorgon seams wery good,and it is bad theat dont exist any more.And I think theat this creature will bee wery nice in the necropolis!

that creature looks like one of those lost souls from doom 3... u know those skulls with their heads on fire and they bombard u constantly until u can't take it anymore and whip ur chainsaw out
