Just a few questions
WAZAAAAAAAAP
Hello people.
I used to be a member here long ago but I forgot my username. How can I get back my old account? I still got my old mail in use... it's the same one as the one this account is on: Stockholmskisen_89@hotmail.com
Second question:
Where can players agree on matches? (Not tournaments)
Just 1on1... 2sv2... 3vs3 for one day. No big stuff.
Third:
How can I update my Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Complete game. The "Update game" feature keeps telling me im not connected to the internet and as you see... I am.
So Im thinking that their server is offline. Any ideas?

3do has not existed for some years, therefore the GameUpdate server has been offline for a looong time.
If you're playing Complete I think you've already got the newest version (4.0).

3DO/NWC made Heroes IV. This was one of their last titles (if not the last). 3DO faced bankruptcy, therefore they released games before they were really complete in order to make some money. That's why MM 8 and 9 as well as HoMM IV have such a low quality compared to earlier titles from the MM series.
Ubisoft bought the rights to the MM universe but it took a long time before they announced that they planned to make HoMM V. Fans have been waiting for its release for years. Wether or not they're going to make MM X is currently unknown.

Me bored atm.
Kicked the snow out of most of the Impossible/Expert levels on hard AI level.
EDIT:
If anyone wants to play now, or soon. Just send me a PM or a mail or add me on msn or something I really want to play some HOI3 on the internet!
EDIT 2:
Since no one can bother answering my question I will set up a match on the tournament forum. By the way... I've just fixed an army of some 105 Red Dragons, 30~ Golden and 20 Arch angels mixed with other units.

hey lol didnt know where to post questions as im still new here but i thought why not here
how many posts do ya need for to get more stars ect? does it differ and are you told when ya get a new one or does it just happen and ya have to notice it yourself?

Games are played online on gamespy nowadays.
You should read this thread to get more infos about how to play online.

Sounds great!
I got 2 more questions:
1st:
I bloody can't make topics?! Why is my post count to low? So I have to spam more to be able to spam even more? that makes no sense at all.
Second:
I got some Alliance blade I think it's called that is supposed to do Prayer at the beginning of every match AND negate all negative moral given by mixing rampart, castle and tower units.
Problem is: I can't use it! I bloody can't even equip it! =(
I still kicked the snow out of that map but I'd still like to know what that thingy is. The map was Something Heaven.
Where you start as a Castle town with Archer tower and Guard house and progress.

I'm having the same problem as Boris, directly above this post. Does the error message mean that I have to respond to topics I don't care about to get some counter high enough to be able to start my own threads?
Edit: to correct some of my bad spelling and expand the question.

@ Boris: It's a composite artifact that takes up several artifact slots. In order to equip it these must be unoccupied.
Starting new threads
Your post count determines how many new threads you can start. This is HC's policy. This is because many newcomers start new threads because they don't bother to find one that already deals with the same subject. Many regulars find this rather annoying. In most cases the threads already exist.
I think you need about 20 posts before you can start another thread.

Here's another question. How come when posting a reply, or I guess a new post you are not directed back to the forum instead of the current thread?

Sometimes I would like this as well. But I like to see whether my links/pics are working. Therefore I think that redirection to the thread is better than redirection to the forum.
