Okay my favorite town: (Not the best town order just the likeness!)
1) Necropolis - Allways has and allways will be my favorite! If you can't win them join them!
2) Dungeon - Very enjoyable creatures and easy for creeping not mutch losses before end game.
3) Haven - Jousting and i just love having Archangels in army no more losses!
4) Sylvan - I like the range creatures and the Treant very mutch. Enjoyable town aswell.
5) Inferno - Only attack oriental hero, Gating, 1 and 3-5lv creatures, looks!
6) Academy - Magics and range creatures i like but the creature looks are far away from my tastes. 6-7 level creatures looks good but others looks like circus people imo.

I like inferno and haven, but it's really hard for me to say which is best. Not necro...they won the poll?

Yes! Necromancers have most votes(well it was old necromanry system back then) which means they are ULTIMATE faction of the GAME!! Wohoo! Those poor haven troops didnt stand even chance

Come on guys... who can resist the temptation of the evil demons?? It's just toooo good a feeling running arround with a demon army knocking everything apart and they definetly have the coolest looking creatures imo (not the alternates they look like their flames just stopt burning or they come from an cole mine...)
Besides i'm not a fan of thoose "goodie" factions who allways but the wellbeing of their kings and queens over their own life...
Come on "Do what thou willst" yeeeeah Inferno ruuuuuules!!
ok they may not be the best faction but they are definetly my favorite

Dungeon, because:
- It's offense oriented.
- I like powerfull destructive spells and Dungeon is the only faction who does it decently.
- I like Black Dragons.
- I like Hydras.
- Haven isn't cool, except for ArchAngels.
- Inferno lacks the awesome destructo power (Even though I would have loved to see Pit Lords as tier 6 in Dungeon  That would be awesome, they'd fit in there so perfectly...)
- Necropolis is nerfed!
- Academy has only a few solid creatures.
- Sylvan has a crapass lineup and ugly elfs.
- And I haven't played Fortress (They seem cool)
I do hate to see Minotaurs reduced to the level of pityfull slaves... But ah well :/
The only thing I REALLY dislike about Dungeon is that their tier 6 unit isn't very solid.
Dungeon is currently owning Necro in this poll, for the record

-shieldguard are the strongest level one.
-with soldiers luck cripling wound is great,espashile agonst paladins.
-black bear riders can go before paladins and shooters,which is disaster
-berserking berserker+ rune of bbattlerage+rune of berserk=disaster
-crossfire,mark fire are awesome.Also,fire wall+magmas near the enemies+destruction
warlords can destroy whole army ,men that's power
-40% from damage is returnd to the atacker,huge def. and hp, good damage,the coolest looking creature
-runes are overpowered
-runes are also cheap
-cool looking buildings
-the coolest looking hero
-nice skills
-preparation is awesome 
-cheaper buildings
-awesome looking town
-balanced hero

Necropolis, endless masses of undead and a "never say die" hero is the key to victory....nothing fancy, pure overpowering. And i love their philosophy.

Crippling wound will almost never affect paladins and by the time the skirmishers get to play the damage will have been done.

Not as often before paladins, can't depend on it. Plus it will not help them much, at best you block them for one round.

Good damage..? They only can so in strictly endgame with rune of battlerage, luck and if the enemy hero is not might. A human opponent won't be caught with his key units adjacent and I have no idea what your -40% means.

Only in lategame and just some of them.

lol yes. honestly id MUCH rather have preparation then unstopable charge as an ultimate for haven. i mean honestly even with the same prerequisites id rather have it
i believe the 40% damage returned was meant for the magma dragons. same with the coolest looking creature thing. but somehow whenever i look at doomforges avatar i think of bunnies.

Me?? Noooo i just wanted to know what kind of bunny we are talking about... but i have to admit i have some difficulties associating Doomforge with Bunnies of anykind. But prehaps there are things i dont know about^^

My Brain:
Most... post... on... topic!! Nooo... spam is...is..evil!! Do not .... have...the...power... must...post..about... BUNNIES... noo alc... will not like this! But... i...can...resist... to....tempting!!Must...make..Bunny joke!!
But ok to make it right again:
Inferno is actually my favorite faction eventhough i still have a bit difficulties creeping efficent enough with them but Nebiros+Ceberi (Nightmares) works nice. Just have to work on those superior armies without to many loses. But yeah I just love the theme of inferno and i have allways been (and allways will be) a fan of the "bad" side because the "good" side is so boring in Fantasy games allways whiny selfless characters sacrifising themselves for the greater good! How noble!!That may be very nice but they tend to over do it. Naaaaaah "Do what thou willst" wins it for me!!
