Forget about the Wasp Swarm strategy against marksmen. It doesn't work. Divine Guidance totally counters this strategy!

To some extent, yes it can.  If you go for that.  If facing sylvan, you still have a few stacks of hunters that can keep the marksmen from attacking, and you've used your hero's turn.

Dark Magic is overpowered

Frenzy on paladins = Death to any stack near them.

  My favorite is improved meteor shower , casting by Eruina with a good luck when she has emerald boots which supports Shadow Matriarch free shoot

yes but you have to remember the paladins damage wont be that great if the targets not near and be careful when you cast it on a paladin because if 1 of your units is the closest,you are DOOMED!

destructive magic was always a must in all the heroes so far (at least all heroes in campaign had it).
Freezing/Stunning effects are fantastic not mentioning that good damage (if it's a choice - I don't take both masteries as they have similar effect - but Ice magic is superior as the ice circle can freeze multiple targets as chain lightning only one and can be still mirrored by wizards).
Meteor Shower and Implosion - no need for comments these rox, just as in h3 (MS is even better )

Light magic (and also Dark Magic) is spectacular because most of its spells are based on your skill level, not your spell power.  Plus half casting time and mass spells with the right abilities, that's just great.  A might hero can still be effective in the spell game, now that's my kind of magic!

i dont think light magic is that good.i prefer damage and controlling spells. the only attack light magics got is word of lgith only on demonic and undeads.resuruction is good but TOO MANY spell points.
overall,i think light magics noob.1 question,howd you get that defender of truth sign under you?

That is very true. Light magic gives you best boost possible for your big army. Destructive and Summon magic are nice but nothing compared to Dark Magic.


Enemy heroes can deal whit Puppet Master but wandering creatures againts Dark Magic are completely hopeless! There are Blind, Frenzy and Puppet spells what makes all neutrals easy to win exept the Elementals, Undeads etc..

Every kind of magic should be disscused for each faction.
for haven light and dak magic are good while destruction magic sucks
while for dungeon destrctive magic rules
light magic is pretty useless to necromancers etc.....

Once you are in your profile, you can type a short phrase is "custom status."  That is how you put phrases under your avatar.

Download manual, you will properly see, what is doing freezing effect on multiple target and u will cry from stunning effect(very snowty spell).

Destruction magic for haven, inferno is very bad option in my oppinion.
