Creature bonus speciality

I am sure this has been up to debate, but I couldn't find an answer to my question:

I play H3-Complete and heroes with creature bonus speciality get wrong bonuses.

Example: Wyverns under Beastmaster Broghilds command should get +1 Attack and +1 Defence for each level after lvl 6 but instead gets +1A&D for each 6th level - which makes the speciality pretty useless:

My Question therefore is: Is there a patch or a way to solve this bug? Are there any patches for H3-Complete at all?

Does this problem count for all heroes with such specialities?

All answers will be appreciated
