Many good ideas here, I share many of your thoughts ie. the slave units, as also listed in this post: Naga ideas and more

I did come up with some other choices for units, but I think the Naga town would be an exciting addition to the game.

It would make sense to combine Nagas with Dwarfs.  They worked together in the past and it would make sense.

Nagas are swamp based and dwarves are mountian/underground. I personally don't see the connection. I think dwarves would fit better in with a barbarian town, as like dwarven beserkers

the "berserker" part would fir barb town, but the "dwarven" part wouldn't. They have nothing in common, except for physical strength.

dwarves and goblins HATE each other... remember back in MM7?... your house at harmondale...

a leviathan is by definition a very large thing, though it's poppular meaning is usually to do with a large sea creature.

also, about humbacks and other creatures, I thought they would float a few feet off the ground.

then why do they not have flying, I hear you say?

the strain of making them hover is hard enough, making them fly over obstacles would be impossible.

There must be (at least) two more factions; I'd like to see Dwarves and Orcs. If then they add more, the number of factions will outnumber the banners/colours. But maybe they could add new colour(s), like Tan...

I said this somewhere previously, Orcs could be a combination between Barbarians and Beastmasters. And dwarves' racial ability must be doing something with RUNES.

edit. Allright, I reread the Myth of Creation, so maybe the orcs won't be there >
But in that case the nagas better be good, or I'll always destroy them in MP maps. With Sylvan. MUAHAHAH!

The Orcs are not mentioned in the MOC because they are not one of the primary races, but based on the History of Ashan, I'd bet you anything we'll see an Orc (aka. Barbarian) town in the first expansion.

Yeah barbarians might come back in next expansion cause people really miss them.

And for the flag colors i hope we can see new colors if there gonna be more fanctions than flag colors. I personally hated when i couldn't play whit all castles in H3 after Armageddon's Blade. I allways had to leave some Castle out of the figh...

Dryad, harpy, satyr, hippogriff, leprechuan, mermaid, sea monster, chimera, basillisk, centaur, dwarf, naga, efreet, gorgon, medusa, beholder, troglodyte..................

I doubt it. According to Nival, ONE new faction is "a lot." THey seem to have trouble balancing AI, so I guess they have trouble balancing faction power, as well as having he creativity to crate another faction.

While I'm not trying to discredit Nival, I think they should work on

more than one faction. After all, they delayed patch 1.3.

And creating a faction comprising of nearly identical units should

not be hard work...

Here is an adia for an orc town.
The orc society belives in brute force.This gives them a special ability-to end the batle,before it starts.But your orc hero needs a special ability for that.But when you play an orc,all creatures will recive -1moral,because of their primitive society.Also a lot of neutral armies have a 50%chance of joining your army.In orc towns you can only built magic guilds up to the third level.

Orcs story
Actualy the orc story isn't so long.After the great wizards replaiced orcs with minotaurs,these boar-like people seperated and every orc family spread across the land.Years passed when one orc,later named khan Jo [orcs have very short names-to remember them easily]decided to join orcs over the world into a new tribe,then to become agreat orcish empire,concoring new and new lands.This was achived and soon other nations heared about this.But khan Jo was very old and died,leaving his seven children for khans.

Orc society
It is strange,but as a new nation,it has a very primitive society.Let's just say they're a war nation.Beliving in brute force.The weapon is their brother.They don't have diplomatic realations with the other nations,that is why in combat they recive minus one moral.A few orcs become magicians,because most of them trust their weapons and creatures.There are some orc priests who created an orc religion-a war religion!Orcs don't have an alphabet,so they can't write.

New hero abilities
Basic Fear
With this ability the hero gets a 25%chance of scareing the enemy army away.Then the enemy army will be forced to lose the batle before it starts.It depends on the heroes level how many creatures will run away and how many will stay and fight.Note that only orc heroes can learn this ability.;Note that this ability has no efect on undead creatures.
Advanced fear[Requires:basic fear]
The advanced fear gives the hero a 50% chance of scareing the enemy army away.
Expert fear[Requires:advanced fear]
The expert fear gives the hero a 100% chance of scareing the enemy army away.
friendchip[Requires:fear]
This gives the orc hero the ability to make friends with neutral creatures.[neutral creatures have a larger chance of joining your army]
Orc order[Requires:fear]
The hero gains the special ability to "study" the creatures levels1-3.This gives them +1defence,attack,mana,speed,initiative,shot and hit point.
leading[Requires:fear]
This ability recovers the -1 moral bonus and gives the army +1magc resistance.

Basic orc magic
With this ability the hero can learn the orc magic,level one.
Advanced orc magic[Requiresrc magic]
With this ability the hero can learn the orc magic,level two.
Expert orc magic[Requiresrc magic]
With this ability the hero can learn the orc magic,level three.

The orc magic
level 1:impowered arrow,furiness
level 2:trap cloud,wolf reflexes
level 3:berserker

New creature abilities
Two attacks[wolf raider]-gives the creature the ability to attack two times one single enemy.[first:the raider attacks,the enemy realitates,the raider strikes again]
Lightning attack[thunderbird]-gives the creature the ability to make a lightning attack after it strikes and reliatates.
Frost attack[blue dragon]-during attack, creature damages not only the target but any other unit positioned directly behind it.

That is all I came up with.
