That file are only a referency to the game, changing that one only make the game lost his mind ^^. Im change the separate skills files.

It's not only a "referency", it actually affects the game. The separate skill files no longer exist in TotE as they are redundant. You won't find them.

No it will not. It will only work with first version
In Tote it's even easier because you olny need 3 skills to get ultimate

Yep. That's why is pointless when someone is using it in TotE. For the skills, try the skeel wheel (in your Fan Documents folder).
