I'll only add that there is no relativity effects even if time moves very fast. 
@Sanyu: when you say your computer can't open the file, do you mean the zip archive or the pdf? Did it donwload correctly to the end (check the file size)?

Awesome manual! 
Is it possible to add the faction information (like the motto, the colors, etc)and history as well? It's not a big thing, but it was kind of left out...

The french and german versions are now available:

This time, we worked with <a href="http://www.archangelcastle.com" target="_blank">Archangel Castle</a> and <a href="http://www.drachenwald.net" target="_blank">Drachenwald</a> for the localizations, and I once again enjoyed the cooperation.
The two versions have new content already, following your suggestions, and with the help of alexrom66 from Heroic Corner. Of course, these additions will be in the next releases of the other versions, that we should be releasing after the 1.3 patch. Let me tease you a little: 
For example, we added the details and formulas for all the hero specials and almost all skills. In the new advanced mechanics section, we added all you wanted to know about the Soldier's Luck and the triggering chances of creature abilities like Shield Bash and Warding Arrow. And if you think you know everything about Ashan, you'll be able to challenge the Sphinx Riddles...

Nice!Hopefully we will also have formulas about abilities as mana burst,soulfire,hellwrath,fiery wrath,corrupted soil and cold death.I've also been wondering what happens when you have remote control and your opponent has more than one warmachines.Waiting for 1.3!

Last week I noticed they also changed several town benefits. For instance, they at least fixed Palespring (Haven town), which now only yields 2 Mercury on every week turn. They still didn't fix Talonguard, however, so the fixes aren't thorough .

The 1.3 manual update is now available:

The name did not change (Ubi's choice), but you can check the 1.3 number in the page header (starting from p.5).
A very quick what's new (I'll detail more later):
- all the data is updated to 1.3 (buildings/spells costs, skills, specials, heroes strating spells, duel armies, creatures...)
- skills and specials now have comments giving the missing details (only a few skills details are still missing)
- enjoy the new Advanced Game Mechanics section, as well the in-game Sphinx Riddles
- some updates here and there, like Spectral Dragons, Djinns and Overseers added to the crature casters table (pp.193-194), or some more info on war machines (pp.194-195).
