doomforge, becoming avatar, the MK in w3 gained the power of his ancestors, he returns to his roots. When created by the elder gods, the dwarves were creatures that lived in the core of the world, with stone skin and never saw sunlight. An ancient dwarf was as tough to hit as an infernal. That is what the avatar is 
(not an overgrown dwarf O_o )

do i have to comment this? he had expert enlightment, so i dont think he had any arts, if he had any they were minor.

I like the humane(?) look of the game,not too cyber/goth typical make up

i would see in the expansion that hero's abilities like master of fire or master of pain affects casters in army as well

personaly I can't wait to see the finale release of the drawrf army and city. and then you also have the rogue haven troopes with the fallen angles and all the others.the new spells and new atifacts.and the most important thing a new champaigne to play.

1-town look
2-the racial skills
3-creatures up close
4-campaignes
5-the heroes

So far there have been heroes of both sexes for each faction. I think the Dwarves will be no different. There probably will be female Dwarf heroes, but like the others most will probably be male.

I like the dwarven line-up except of course the lava\magma dragon thing. Although they are the children of Arkath (dragon of fire) I don't think they should look like a giant fire elemental creature (we already have the phoenix). Besides, green\emerald dragons are the children of Sylanna( dragon of earth) and they're not made from earth.
So I would say that as a lv7 creature for the dwarves a red\crystal dragon would be much better.

1. fire/magma dragon changed to: ice/frost dragon, it was written somewhere in forum
2. same with fire/flame mage
3. oh great they are "childgren of fire dragon" and their homeland are snowy highlands...it is non-logical

i don't think they will be changed to ice\frost. It wouldn't make any sense. In a cold climate they need fire to keep them warm. Plus it is sure that Arkath will be the patron of the dwarves.

well... if ubisoft follows from what 3DO have done as they SHOULD have, there WILL be female dwarven heroes. Back in MM7 you could get a female dwarf in your party, in fact, she's your preset cleric character =)

I am also unsure why a fire based town preferes(unsure about fact) to be in the snow terrain, it does not make sence

Well, dwarves don't live ON snowy terrain, they live UNDER it. They live there to mine metals and minerals. Working with these materials requires a lot of heat (i.e. forging) and therefore they're a fire faction.

A few things that caught my eye:

Hmm,there should be more coming in the near(?) future!

Lol!Of course,if they weren't huge how would they carry their weapons?

Seems we'll see some dark elf action too!Hopefully evil intentions too!
