I'm actually trying to get more QPs than Lord Woock and I think he has way too many as it is.

This is Val's forum and he makes mods people he trusts. He, and the mods, give QP to people who deserved them In Their Opinions. So if you think you deserve a QP, but you don't get one, bad luck. Mods didn't think of your post as a quality one. If you don't like that system, tough. Create your own forum and give yourself 100000 QPs. If you don't think that someone deserves to have QPs, also tough. Create your own forum and ban that person's IP.
Why are you so pissed off at Woock? In Mods' Opinion, he is a quality member and so receives QPs he deserved.
Another thing is that if you want to receive QPs, you need to stop behaving like a rebel. "All the Qps for me!" "Strip this guy from QPs" "Give me and William our lost QPs!" Those things really make people angry.
It's like shouting at your boss to give you a raise, because you think you deserve it. It's the boss, who decides and it's in his power to give you a raise. If he thinks you deserve a raise, he will give you one. By shouting at your boss you will get fired (mods didn't ban you, so you should be thankful for that)
Look at me. I was given a penalty once. From that time, I have never asked any mods to restore my lost QPs. I have made tons of posts, which were quality ones in my opinion. But mods didn't think so, so the only thing I can do now is work hard and hope that one of the posts will be quality in mods' opinion. It's like in work. You work hard, hoping that one day your boss gives you a raise. It doesn't work the other way around. Boss doesn't give raise, hoping that your work will improve.

yes rebeling wont help at all, but theres something wrong when someone with 800 posts has no QP, even a rebel, cuz they get -qps but should that ban them from a qp?
Seriously.. 500, 800 posts, not one is quality? I dont know if the system hurts or compliments more, but I wouldnt want to see it taken out of script either. I just want to see it used better or made better (for instance the rate post idea).

I gave him a QP actually, so to say he had none is false.
I don't know how you can argue that there should be some formula that dictates how many QP should be found in X number of posts. If someone decided to write "I am mad" 1000 times, does that mean that a few of those times we mods should be obligated to give that member a star for it? Why?
I'm not going to give someone a QP for being consistantly negative, to me that doesn't add anything good to HC. Making comments at other members and moderators that are almost but not quite breaking the CoC is not a good thing - I certainly won't be a part of rewarding it.

I agree with that. Yes Trogdor has made some "decent" posts in Other Games but the majority of his posts that I've seen are SPAM or related to SPAM or like Pandora said are negative to the community. Besides, as I've stated before, I don't hand out QP's to those who constantly beg for them or in Trogdor's case demand them. That annoys me more then anything. William knows that now. He had to learn the hard way but he doesn't send five HCM's anymore begging for them. Now it's Trogdors time to learn.
