No, no, I saw it later, 2nd campaign is actualy by far the easiest to do on heroic rush, meine fehler, I am certain I will do it easily.

I started again, so far I completed two missions; Haven campaign is insanely difficult (better complicated, waiting for proper skill selection can really kill your brain cells), but you can make incredible times if you have enormous patience. I will post an ELABORATE info of my play when I finish the campaign, but I do have a question, blink: to finish the 3rd mission on the day you build the Paladin dwelling (I think that is day 5, week 2, I would have to check it out) you are not allowed to buy almoust any troops because you will lack gold to buy buildings (for sure, I have checked everything). Therefore, the only possible way to gather troops is via diplomacy. Now, the options what one has are the 1 peasant stack south, 2 archer/1 footman/1 peasant stack north of the town, way east 1 footman stack, and high north 1 griffin stack. So, what were your joins? There is *perhaps* a way you can get marksmen (2700 + 30/unit gold for upgrade is a lot, but maybe if you have resourcefulness or are crazily lucky with chest sizes), and you are up against 13 Pit Lords, and then a pretty powerful hero.

Once you finish the campaign, I'll post a highly detailed walkthrough of what I did too so we can compare our strategies.  I will however tell you that I never got the diplomacy skill in this campaign and on the third mission (probably the hardest), the only creatures that joined me are the ones that ALWAYS join you no matter what your army/skills are.  And yes, I recruited a tiny number of creatures.  That mission is enormously complicated and has very little room for error.  I have save files for almost every single day of that mission so I can go back and look at exactly what I did for writing the walkthrough.

Well, I tested the map, and as far as I can tell always joiners are the footmen and marksmen east, and two stacks of peasants, everything else is uncertain. You've beaten the enemy hero with cca 250 peasants, 70 archers, 50 marksmen and 70 footmen? I can't even scrath him with that.

Eh, I just tried to reply to your message but I'm not sure it got sent.  Just in case, here's a copy of what I wrote:

Expert War Machines with Ballista is an absolute must. I cannot conceive of beating this mission even close to quickly without it. I also had enlightenment, but other than that, it actually looks like your hero entered this level at a higher level than mine did. I had basic luck, but it wasn't necessary. To me diplomacy seemed like a wasted skill because I assumed I wouldn't have the money to make use of it or my army would be too small for any creatures to try to join me anyway. But I don't know, maybe it's worked for you, I never tried it.

And no, there's nothing luck related you have to rely on. As I said, no creatures joined my army unless they were pre-programmed to always join my army. The army you ended up with for the final battle sounds kind of small (not that mine was THAT much bigger, but it was bigger); did you lose creatures along the way? You really shouldn't lose more than a couple of peasants before the final battle.

Campaign:  Inferno
Days:  45
Score:  165,982

I don't know if this was a perfect runthrough but if it isn't, it's pretty damn close.  No Weeks of the Flame or other such enhancing weeks.  This was actually much easier than the Haven campaign except for the battle against Gilraen in Mission 3.  That was enormously difficult.  There is a tiny bit of luck involved in this mission also; sometimes Gilraen in in his castle and sometimes he's not.  If he's not, you could end up having to spend an extra day taking the castle and then attacking him.  However, I was lucky and he was in the castle so I saved time completing both quests at once (capture castles and kill Gilraen).  Also, this mission might be able to be done faster than I did it anyway with a little ingenuity; I don't know.

I finished the campaign with Agrael only at level 19!  Needless to say, he was a weak piece of crap for most of it.

HAVEN HEROIC SCORE RUSH (c)

TOTAL NUMBER OF DAYS: 53
TOTAL SCORE: 122692

First I have to say that this is an extraordinary complicated campaign if you are chasing for a score record time. I will list the descriptions of the mission one by one, so you can see for yourselves what I am talking of. Ofcourse, there are spoilers all around if you plan to make a rush attempt, so in that case avoid to read until you actualy finish the campaign by your own methods.

MISSION 1
DAY 7
WEEK 1

This is rather easy, but because of the second mission you are VERY limited in your skill selection. The goal is to collect 25 footmen/squires, 100 peasants/conscripts and beat the garrison.
There is one peculiarity in this mission: I tried more than a dozen times but it seems, to me at least, that it is not possible to finish the mission on day 6 because you are only 1 movement tile short. Unfortunately you cannot get basic logistics until the endfight because there are no neutrals to kill (except a few peasants) so you cannot push yourself a day shorter. However, even if some disproves this and knows how to beat the mission in 6 days I do not think that it will deprove my time – again, because of the second mission, but I will get back on that later. Anyway, because you have one day to spare, the best you can do is to kill the zombies guarding a chest just NW of the garrison. If you do everything as planned (chest really should contain 1500 exp) you will end up being level 4 in the end, so you have three level ups. For my tactic on mission 2 too work, it is ESSENTIAL that you end up with Expert Logistics. This isn't as easy as it seems: Isabel has 8% chance to get Basic Logistics, and then she has 45% chance to improve the skill. So, to end up with Exp Logistics and a 1500 exp Chest you have 0,54% chance, so it takes some restarting. Eventualy I made it but the fun is just starting because we go to…

MISSION2
DAY 1
WEEK 2

PART1
This mission was insane, and it almoust seemed to me that the designers made it rushproof, but still left that small supertiny window open which makes players crazy in attempt to crawl in. But, what am I talking of? Blink was quite right that day 11 was fastest possible if you manage to get the stone and Dougal in the Tavern. However, there is another, faster way though.
As soon as I opened the map and inspected it I noticed those archers just north of your starting point. Waiting for Dougal seemed too long for me, plus you need 10 stone, this can be quite maddening to get, so I tried to attack the Archers with Diplomacy and see if they are going to join. You have a window to get diplomacy just before you try the archers, so it's possible (but, if you end up with any other skill selection then Expert Logistics on mission 1 you will be 1 day slower here, because it seems the archers WON'T join if you don't have diplomacy). And, after about a dozen tries they did join!: 70 Archers joined my army which consisted of 50 Peasants, 19 Footmen, 41 Archers. I lost one Footman because I got Skeleton Archers in the Skeleton stack at the very beginning, and I hired 24 Archers from the dwellings north – if you are shooting for a record you DO NOT have the time to hire another 12 Archers just east of your starting point. I was so happy that they joined that I didn't even test the 3rd mission and didn't have any idea of the horrors that await me. Why? Because I wasn't offered War Machines. I was offered Luck, Divine Guidance, but no War Machines.
You should now read Mission 3 section and come back here afterwards, because I went to mission 3 from here.

PART2
If you read Part 1 of Mission 3 you realized that I had to come back here to replay the mission and get War Machines. Let me first say that it took me about 8-10 hours to get the good skill selection + the joining (don't forget you need that). Anway, I managed to get Expert War Machines, Pathfinding, Diplomacy, and, unfortunately, Expert Leadership (ideal would be a Ballista or Retaliation Strike here) but no matter.
I was also able to get both +1 Attack and +1 Defense from Map objects.
I tried VERY HARD but I was never offered a join if I DIDN'T take Diplomacy, so it is probably a must have skill.
Now you can go on back to Part 2 of Mission 3 – just one interesting note for the end – in this run I was joined by 58 Archers. That means I was 1 Archer short of 100 and if the Tavern had the Peasant and Footman guy it would have probably mean 2 more hours of restarting Luckily, Dougal was in.

MISSION 3
DAY 5
WEEK 2

PART1
Mission 3 proved (almoust?) unbeatable because I didn't have War Machines (it's still possible but you need lot of joins), so after a few hours of play I realized I need War Machines and started replaying Mission 2: while I was playing Blink confirmed my suspicions of the wrong skill selection, thanks.

PART2¸
Unfortunately, I wasn't too lucky with my stat distribution at this point. I have 2 Attack, 10 Defense, 1 Spell Power and 3 Knowledge. Only 1 in SP is excellent, but because my Ballista's damage is calculated as 5*(Attack + Knowledge) a more even distribution between Attack and Defense would have been better.¸
But, this replay of this mission was something of a game giving something back for former «problems». It was obvious to me that I have to get Ballista ability in the first two level ups, and so I did, and I was very  lucky with joins (but, then again, I did take Diplomacy so I invested in my luck). Because it isn't such a straightforward map, I will list my moves day by day:
Day1
I bought the Tavern and Vittorio, gave Vittorio's troops and Ballista to Isabel. Isabel went east and killed two imp stacks and further towards the Stables, Vittorio went east then south to the Sawmill.
Day2
Bought Town Hall. Vittorio took the always joined Peasants (94) and Sawmill, and headed for Isabel and gave her the Peasants, then started heading back the piece of wood he left behind. Isabel took Stables, beated the Imps and Demons, purchased 12 Archers, started heading NW where there are multiple Haven stacks.
Day3
Peasant Huts built. Vittorio took Wood and went for Gold pile. Isabel defeated Demons NW, and attacked Archers N that joined her (she now has 86 Archers). Killed Horned Demons W and headed for Sawmill W.
Day4
Farms built. Vittorio took Gold, Crystals, 22 Peasants and went for Wood pile W. Isabel fought Archers that guarded Sawmill, lost 6 Archers, took Sawmill, took Peasants SE, went for Archers's Tower.
Day5
Built Marketplace. Isabel defeated Imps and took 12 Archers. Attacked Dark Raiders, lost 1 Peasant, went for Hell Hounds. Vittorio took Wood pile, went for Gold pile.
Day6
Built Archer's Tower. Vittorio took Gold, went for Marketplace. Isabel defeated Hell Hounds, got Ballista ability, took +1 Attack, went towards the Footmen E.
Day7
Built Peasant Cabins. 66 Footmen joined Isabel. Vittorio traded for 2 Crystals, everything else except Wood and Ore he gave for Gold. Went for the treasure guarded by Dark Raiders.
Day8
Built City Hall. Vittorio found 2000 Gold and 3 Crystals, went W. Isabel fought Hunters, lost 7 Footmen, 1 Archer.
Day9
Stables. Vittorio found 1000 Gold and 8 Crystals E that Isabel left. Isabel fought Cerberi and lost 1 Peasant.
Day10
Blacksmith. Vittorio got Crystals from Water Wheel and now I have enough, 25. He also took wood pile near the Sawmill. Isabel was joined by 41 Griffin.
Day 11
Cavalier dwelling. Isabel fought Pit Lords and lost 167 Peasants, got Basic Luck.
Day 12
Paladin upgrade. Adv Luck. Isabel fought Archdevils, lost 2 Peasants, got Basic Enlightment. Final fight, I have 91 Archers, 84 Footmen, 41 Griffins, 51 Peasant. It was a bit difficult but not to much; I won with 1 Griffin and 12 Footmen left. I also got Advanced Luck and Triple Ballista. My stats are also looking much nicer now, 8/13/1/6.

MISSION 4
DAY 3
WEEK 2

I took 1 Cavalier as bonus. This mission isn't too difficult, but there is one glitch: the fastest way to finish the mission is Day 3 of Week 2 but ONLY IF – Pit Lords are guarding a Major artifact and you must get it to be Boots of Swift Journey. Plus you really should get a good stat distribution from Enlightment (in my case, you can also go for Dark Magic and Mass Slow I guess). I was also unlucky with resource demands so I had to kill 30 Succubi Mistresses for the Sulfur mine with my secondary Vittorio (gave him all the troops except the Imperials and 12 Peasants), and I had to beat 15 Wraiths, 7 Bone Dragons and the Crypt with Isabel patheric troop remains, but it's quite managable. In the end I got Divine Guidance, Advanced Enlightment and First Aid Tent on this mission, and my stats are 11/15/1/7 (I was also able to get +1 Attack from Map object). You can also, if you so wish, "spoil" Isabel here, take the wrong skills, so you can have an easier time beating here afterwards but I do not think it is neccessary.

MISSION 5
DAY 6
WEEK 3

This proved a bit difficult because I didn't know what to do. As much as I trust I have done the first four mission as close to perfect as possible, that much I think otherwise here. As far as I can tell it seems that there are three battles with enemy heroes spawning one in the first three weeks and that they each trigger some objective: first that you must strengthen your defences, second to find the Tear of Asha, third to send Godric to Nicolai. The point is that I am not certain wether the days when these heroes arrive CHANGE - if they do, and if they are related (like, killing one earlier spawns the other earlier as well) then my time is probably not «perfect». Then again, it is always easy to replay this mission since it's the last, and also because it enters «the great scheme of things», meaning Godric is a very active hero in late campaigns and his development does play some significance.
Anyway, what I did is the following in short: I went with Godric straight to Isabel, she conquered the castle, immidiately set south to take Agrael out, she took out the two spawning heroes immidiately when they appeared from the teleport (SPOILER: if you position Isabel immidiately where they spawn the next day then some kind of weird bug will activate which turns those good heroes with decent armies into pathetics with 8 imps - don't ask me why), and when she took care of the 3rd one the same day Godric defeated the garrison (there was a chain of heroes to transfer troops from Isabel to him) and the next day Nicolai came and ended the mission as well as the campaign (actualy it took him 2 days). I will not go into the details because it would be too much of a spoiler (eventhough I already placed a warning for that! .

p.s. I am aware that my number of days does not represent the sum of days per mission: I do not know why is this - I guess I wrote down the time in some mission wrong (eventhough I can't figure out which), but this is what the game reports anyway, so it's official. I think it is a really good score, I spent plenty of time working on it, and if/when someone beats it, I most certainly will NOT try to beat his time once was already too much Hope you enjoy the walkthrough.

Congratulations.  I'm very busy right now so I don't have time to post a detailed strategy of what I did yet.  In the mean time, I'll just say a few things.  First of all, the reason the days don't add up is because the game doesn't count the day that you complete a scenario as a day.  Thus, if you beat a mission on Day 1, Week 1, the game would register you as having taken ZERO days to complete that mission.  And beating a mission on Week 1, Day 7, would mean the mission took you 6 days.  Subtract 5 from the total days you think it took you, and that's the total campaign time the computer will have calculated for you.  As for the missions, I completed the 3rd mission in the same number of days as you but I never got diplomacy so my army was much smaller than that.  I really should have tested out diplomacy, guess it could have helped a lot.  As for the second mission, I thought that stack of archers wasn't allowed to join you until after you had already recruited 100 archers (thus making them pointless for a speed run) because for some reason, once you have 100 archers, they will ALWAYS join you.  So I just figured they were hard-coded not to join you even if you had diplomacy.  Ah well, my mistake.  I didn't think of getting the boots (didn't realize they could exist) on the 4th mission so that screwed me over a bit.

Also, I did the final mission perfectly but my time was several days slower than you so I guess there is some luck about when the enemy heroes appear.  That's kind of lame; oh well.  I attacked the castle as fast as you can get there; I then raced toward Agrael and killed him before he got anywhere near the castle, and I killed all the enemy heroes the second they came out of their portals.  I had Gordric and Isabel positioned so that the second I got the mission to send Godric through the gate, I did so.  In fact, I didn't even bother to have Isabel fight the heroes that appeared out of the portals (I just hired 2 heroes and stuck them in front of the gates because they can easily take out the pathetic heroes that appear).  The reason they have a pathetic army if you attack them the instant they appear is because the game seems to have programmed them very stupidly.  Apparently the programmers made it so that a level 1 hero would appear and then he'd trigger an event that would give him a bunch of experience points and bunch of monsters, but since you interrupt him before he has a chance to trigger this event, he's just a level 1 pile of crap with a couple of imps.

The only mission I did faster than you was mission 1 which I beat on Day 6, instead of Day 7 (I didn't get kill the zombies and get the treasure chest and you have to move your hero very carefully when you're picking up peasants otherwise you'll still end up exactly one tile short of the garrison).  This probably wouldn't have made your runthrough any faster though because you would have had to get expert logistics in the next level if you had done it my way so I guess the extra day you gained in level 1 would just be traded off for an extra day in level 2 (assuming you needed all your movement points, I don't know if you did).

Anway, congratulations again.  Your time was awesome.  Hopefully my Inferno time will prove more of a challenge.  This time I'm not giving any hints until after you finish it

Oh, to more specifically tell you how you can beat mission 1 on day 6, this is what you do.  When you're picking up the stack of 30-something peasants that's right after the farmers who have a cut scene and then attack you, you don't want to follow the path that the computer maps out for you if you click on the peasant stack.  Instead you want to move diagonally up the road so that you're eventually diagonal from the peasant stack.  At that point, you click on the peasants and take them.  This saves you something like .56 movement points which allows you to have exactly enough to complete the mission on day 6.  But as you said and I agree, I don't think this makes you complete the campaign any faster (but who knows, maybe it does).

I didn't know that how the game counts the total number of days, thanks.

Heck... I tried so many times and was unable to beat mission 1 in 6 days - awesome you were able to do that. But now maybe there is a chance you can beat the time I made for 1 day

As for mission 2, dunno. I was able to take the castle with my last remaining movement points, but then again I had time to take +1 Attack and Defense. But MAYBE it is doable ONLY if you get 2 level ups when you kill the zombies, after that you have nothing to kill for a few days.

As for the boots, I didn't know it either, and it didn't crossed my mind, but I restarted the mission a few times to get a good skill selection and then I spotted them. And it seems that the chance to get them isn't to bad, 1/8 I would say, because most of the 25 possible Major artifacts never showed up.

As for the fifth mission - it crossed my mind that maybe the hero appearances are correlated - say that you kill the first (Agrael) on day 2, the next one would then come ond day 2 wek 2 and so on. I think that this may well be so, but I cannot be ceartain, and even if it is it places hard restrains on your Godric build. But it's a hint for you, if you want to give it a try.

I am convinced that the 2nd campaign will be much easier... but we'll see.

How's the inferno campaign coming?  I'm still on the early stages of the Necromancer campaign because I've been very busy lately.  I think the Necro campaign might be the end of the "perfect" runthroughs and the beginning of the "best I can manage" runthroughs.  By the way, I'm still doing these campaigns on 1.3.  Is there a point where you want to switch over to doing them on 1.4?  The only campaign that I think would be significantly different on 1.4 would be the inferno campaign because gating has been improved pretty significantly.  I know that technically any improvements in skills should make the computer stronger too, but since the AI is retarded and doesn't know how to use their skills properly, any patch that increases the usefulness of any ability tends to make things easier for the human player.

Very slowly. I finished the two first two missions about five days ago but didn't have time to play the 3rd one until today. I can only spare two days to play, so I don't think I'll manage to finish it until the next week. Also, while playing I discovered I am an insane perfectionist in this matter, but when I started doing this anyway, I am willing to play (slowly ) until the new year if I can make a five day better time .
Since you played Inferno on 1.3 I don't tend to switch to 1.4. Besides, my Agrael build isn't so Gating intense , and the changes in the patch aren't that significant. I'll wait till I buy the expansion probably.

Haven Campaign in 61 days:

Mission 1:  Finished on Week 1, Day 6 (absolutely no way to do this faster)
Finished stats:  Level 3; 2, 2, 2, 1; selected basic logistics and basic war machines.

There are very few choices to take in this mission.  I started off going south along the road and taking the peasants that are in my way.  I grabbed the pile of gold (I think it’s 500?) that was one step off the path.  By the end of day 2, I stopped just southwest of the barracks so that on the next turn I could recruit 10 footmen (you can’t get them on day 2 because you don’t have enough gold).  You end up having to sacrifice about 2 or 3 steps that you could have used to continue farther south on day 2.  Oh well.  Then you continue along the road and should finish day 3 by attacking the peasants that have their own cut scene (“Get off our fields!”).  This is the point where you have to maneuver carefully.  Instead of grabbing the 30-some peasants by just clicking on them and following the path that the computer lays out for you.  You want to walk along the road until you are just northwest of them; then click on the peasants and take them without having to move another step.  This minor adjustment will make it so you can just barely finish the mission on day 6.  Anyway, continue along the road, pick up the footmen who are in your path, and then continue eastward, picking up another stack of peasants and the peasants who are in the farm over there.  Then go back west and head south to pick up the stack of squires.  At this point you’ll have exactly the 25 footmen (because squires count toward this total) you need and you’ll have something like 112 peasants, completing the recruitment quests.  Then continue south and take out the garrison.  Obviously none of the fights in this mission present any problem.  You could just use autocombat if you didn’t want to spend the time fighting it out.

Mission 2:  Finished on Week 3, Day 1 (not even close to perfect); chose the 10 footmen starting bonus
Finished stats:  Level 10; 5, 11, 2, 1; basic counterstrike, advanced leadership, expert logistics (pathfinding and familiar ground), advanced war machines (ballista), and basic enlightenment.

I didn’t know it was possible to get that big stack of archers to join you so I played this mission fairly stupidly.  I started off going east and grabbing the 12 archers from the tower.  Then I ran to the western castle, stopping only to grab the four-leaf clover.  I bought a ballista in the castle and then continued along the road to the final castle, picking up the archers in their towers on the way.  None of these fights were difficult.  The only area where I went off the road was to pick up a +1 defense, +1 attack, grab the ore mine to the south of the defense-enhancing map object, and grab the ore that was lying there.  When I attacked the final castle, I had advanced war machines, advanced logistics, and pathfinding, so the fight was kind of hard because I had to make sure I didn’t lose any archers.  I did, however, stop by a fountain that gave me +3 luck!  So, combined with my 4 leaf clover, I entered that fight with 4 morale and 4 luck, which made things quite a bit easier.  Once I took the castle, I essentially wasted the next few days just running around until the start of the next week when I could recruit enough archers to win the mission.  I had enough gold and ore to build the archer’s tower and recruit all the archers and even a few heroes.  I used the heroes to form a chain so that I could spend my extra wasted days at least getting a few more experience points and the other +1 attack power-up on the map.  On Day 15, I recruited all the archers from the castle and chained them to Isabel.  Obviously, I didn’t handle this mission very well.

Mission 3:  Finished on Week 2, Day 5 (absolutely no way to do this faster); chose the 10 ore starting bonus
Finished Stats:  Level 17; 15, 14, 2, 2; Basic Counterstrike, Expert Leadership, Expert Logistics (pathfinding and familiar ground), Expert War Machines (Ballista and First Aid Tent), Expert Enlightenment, and Basic Luck (Resourcefulness)

I immediately recruited Vittorio and gave his ballista to Isabel.  She then ran east taking out the 2 stacks of imps.  Vittorio meanwhile went south, picking up the resources there, picking up the peasants guarding the wood mill, and flagged the saw mill.  I then recruited Elaine and had her pick up as many peasants as possible and she also picked up resources on her way.  Isabel continued southeast, tagging the stables and then taking out the imps guarding the archers tower.  She recruited more archers here.  She then continued north and then west, taking out the horned demons and then the hell hounds.  When she took out the hell hounds, Vittorio was there to meet her with a first aid tent he’d gotten back at the castle and some peasants and then he entered the archer’s tower the hell hounds had been guarding to recruit more archers for Isabel, which he gave to her.  She continued north, taking out the Lizard riders but left the treasure for Vittorio to pick up (this map has a very odd setting in that all the treasure chests except 1 or 2 are hard coded to ALWAYS give the minimum 500 exp or 1000 gold.  I always chose the gold.  Isabel continued west taking out the inferno stacks, and when she was done with this, she headed back east to go get the marksmen on the far eastern side of the map.  Vittorio meanwhile cleaned up all the treasure that Isabel had exposed on the western side of the map and picked up the stack of 80 or 90 peasants that was hanging out over there.  Vittorio then continued north and took out the stack of war dancers using his mighty army of about 130 peasants.  He picked up all the treasure in the northwest section of the map, which is mostly unguarded and that’s where he remained until the end of the mission so I was never able to link up his 80 or so remaining peasants with Isabel; oh well.  In the mean time, Isabel had picked up the stack of footmen on the eastern side of the map, taken out the stack of liches which resulted in a few dead footmen and peasants, and recruited the group of marksmen over there.  I had been building my town every turn as required, but the only creature dwellings I built were marksmen and peasant buildings.  On day 8, I recruited Rutger or whatever his name is (the guy with the pathfinding specialty) and had him recruit all the creatures in the castle.  He took them and ran northeast, grabbing more archers from the tower that had been guarded by the hell hounds.  He personally had to take out a stack of iron golems on his journey northeast but he picked up some treasure in the process and even took out the stack of zombies on the way to get even more treasure.  He linked up with Isabel just as she defeated the stack of about 100 cerberi.  Elaine, meanwhile was trailing behind Isabel, picking up resources as Isabel exposed them by defeating stacks and generally carrying about 300 peasants so I could get the extra gold off of Elaine’s bonus.  After Isabel linked up with Rutger and took all his troops, she continued north and took out the stack of pit lords guarding the gold mine and took the mine.  She then went east to fight the arch devils.  Right before she attacked the devils, Elaine gave her all the peasants she’d been carrying.  Vittorio, hanging out in the northwest with nothing else to do, was the guy I used to trade resources at the market place.  With trading, I was able to get the necessary amount of resources to finish all my buildings just on time.  Isabel took out the devils and then went and attacked the enemy hero with an army of 319 peasants, 75 footmen, 68 archers, and 83 marksmen, a ballista, and a first aid tent.  Her stats were 14, 14, 2, 2 (thank you expert enlightenment).  This fight was slightly difficult, but nothing too serious.

Mission 4:  Finished on Week 2, Day 5 (probably the fastest that can be done WITHOUT getting the boots, which I didn’t know you could get); chose the 1 cavalier starting bonus
Finished Stats:  Level 20; 18, 15, 3, 3; Skills (Hidden until we complete the Necromancer campaign)

Nothing too exciting about this map.  I just ran north along the road, only stepping off to gain some sulfur from a watermill; which were necessary for my mage guild.  I also took out the hell chargers that were guarding the crystal mine but didn’t flag it.  When I took the castle on Day 5, I recruited Havez and gave him just enough troops to secure the wood and ore mines to the east of the castle and then had him run and take the crystal mine, the treasure chest next to it, and the pile of gems next to that.  Meanwhile, Isabel ran underground and took out the crypt, only taking one extra step to go out of the way and pick up a pile of mercury necessary for the mage guild.  The crypt fight was easy so in retrospect I should have given more of my troops to Havez who actually had a bit of trouble just taking the ore and wood structures.  After defeating the crypt, Isabel ran back to the surface and got to the bridge just in time for my mage guild to be completed, so she ran across the water and finished the mission.

Mission 5:  Finished on Week 3, Day 7 (I thought this was as fast as possible, but obviously it wasn’t)
Finished Stats:  Isabel’s (Hidden until we complete the Necromancer campaign); Godric (Hidden until we complete the whole game)

I’m not sure what happened here exactly.  As far as I can tell, I played this mission exactly the same way you did (except for having level 1 heroes guard the teleporters instead of Isabel) but it took me one more day.  I don’t know what I did wrong or if it was just bad luck that it took one more day for one of the enemy heroes to appear (this is starting to make me think of the first Sylvan mission; is it just going to be luck what day that mission ends too because from what I remember, Biara doesn’t have a set day where she automatically shows up).

Total Time:  5 + 14 + 11 + 11 + 20 = 61 Days
Score:  106, 767

Here is what I think happened on the last mission: you said you went for the castle first with Godric; if so, you couldn't have reached Isabel on the same day (unless you recruited some other hero, I dunno). But if you didn't, and you went with Isabel south day after I did it might be possible that you attacked Agrael a day later which may have caused a one day lag to all other later appearing heroes.

Yes, it will be hell interesting to see your Godric build (and mine) But when oh when...?

--------------

I forgot to ask: how did you fare with the Pit Lords in mission 3? I lost a bunch of Peasants but I didn't even try too much because I knew I had enough for endfight, but how did you beat them and how much did you lose?

Sorry, can't tell you any battle strategies until we finish the campaigns.

Anyway, I just finished the Necro campaign again.  I improved on my time but I won't say by how much yet because I've realized it's easier to get a better time when you know exactly how fast someone else did it.  When you finish the Necro campaign, I'll post my time from it.  I wrote my walkthrough this time as I was playing the missions and it's very detailed.

I probably won't be in front of a computer for any serious length of time over Thanksgiving break so if you ask me a question on Wednesday and I don't reply until Sunday or so, that's why.

You're serious? I am not really a beginner in the game and I know how to beat them losing 3-4 units, but ok, don't give me a  strategy, just how much units did you lose.

Yes, it is a bit of a help, but than again you had it the last runthrough But you are right, it's better if you don't post it, we'll see afterwards.
