i like it, but is there any chance that u could make 2 versions of it, 1 on a horse and the other without, since i think it looks great the way it is now

i dropped the horse idea(more animating? nooo!) and i am making his cloak better, ill include him in my half-ready wog map.

it will be just a creature, and i am not finished with making frames, but if wog team would later want to use it instead of that ugly soul eater, be my guest.

yes, i used photoshop and DefMaker version is 8.5 .

and i replaced the cboar.def. but was i supposed to make a new .def or replace an existing one?

I would REALLY like to see that in game. Maybe as a commander. But Undead King name looks like a level 8 monster. Undead lord maybe

well there is minotaur king. and wyvern monarch. so its kinda similar.

and i like the laconic sound of the word "king". lord just doesnt sound right.

and i dont know how to make it a commander so i wont. i will make it a lvl 7 unti with stats of a lvl6 but with some really cool special.

to replace def files u need to use h3sprite it will replace existing def files but make sure that u have the correct name 4 the file, and that u put the def file and the util into the data folder of wog

now i think that king is much better than lord, and vhilhu is right, even though it isn't a level 7 or 8 doesn't mean it's stopped other creatures from taking on the name in the past

wow im making progress with DefMaker - this time it crashed already on 25%. It keeps going better and better.

EDIT: oh silly me, i found the problem, i forgot to specify its a monster, not button.

EDIT2: damn DefEdit still ALWAYS crashes at 25%. aaaargh. anyway, am i supposed to add something for shooting/alternatedeath animation even when he doesnt shoot, so that the slot wont be empty? And what does turn left back/ turn right back mean?

EDIT3: Celebrate, people worldwide! now my DefEdit crashes already on 17%. Great. First it worked, bad bad, then it crashed on 25%, now it crashes on 17%. What next?

I don't know anything about Defmaker (sorry), but the "turn left back/turn right back" most likely refers to when you attack another stack and your stack is facing the wrong direction, it turns around to face it. So these must be the turning around frames (I guess).

turn right to front
turn left to front

and that confuses me, because all creatures turn around from front, as far as i know.

The attacking creatures face one way and the defending creatures face the other way and they all have to turn around, and back again, so that's four animations, right?
