Possible to run heroes through different port?

I currently play heroes behind a router via TCP/IP with friends and i'm aware i need to and have opened up ports for 2300-2400 and 47624 to be able to connect to them.

Now i'm wondering if i have TWO computers behind the router and we want to connect ot a third person in a different household how can we do this via TCP/IP without using zone etc.

because it isn't possible to open the ports to both the computers otherwise there is connection issues.(only 1 computer would be able to connect)

What i'm wondering now is it possibel to make heroes run through another port so that both the computers behind the router can connect to an outside computer?

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks

-Vincent

I have an old help file.

I posted it again on these forums. Enjoy !

Maybe it will help you. If it does not, then:

- instal newest windows xp/98 updates
- update everything you safely can update, soundcard, videocard, motherboard, chipset drivers
- make sure both network cards are the same
- maybe even instal a new bios for your motherboard (this is for experts only, like me, i used to hotwired flash motherboards for fun)

sorry that's not what i was really asking i can already get 1 computer to work fine. The problem is getting 2 computers under 1 router to connect to third person somewhere else completely.

i was wondering if it wa possible to force hommm3 to use a different direct port other than 2300-2400 and so forth.

You tried to set one comp on DMZ, and forward ports on the second one?

yes i've tried to set one to dmz and the other the other way still no work.

we tested this and when one joins it'll automatically drop the other or vice versa. OR a lot of wierd things happen. must be crash in the ports or something who knows.

anyone know the answers if homm can be tunnelled through another port or something?
