I've said it before, and I'll say it again: The behemoth is a hippo!

be·he·moth n.

1.A huge animal, possibly the hippopotamus, described in the Old Testament. 2. Something enormous in size. [Heb. behemoth, pl. of behemah, beast.]

So yes, it looks wrong...

Tjis is a good discrition of the beast:

A mutant over-whate giant hippo with a monkey legs and arms criss-crost with a old hack.

Still... a lot of the creatures like the behemoth are not aesthetically pleasing.. neither is the wolf for example. It's not just because they have a new game engine and it is more realistic... but some things just bug me. Heroes IV looks a lot like it's aimed towards younger audiences because the impression I get when i see the screenshots is not the regular stuff I expect from 3do, but something that's colored like barbie fashion designer!

Um... I have to explain. I haven't said anything about the Behemoths, it was Incubus whose opinion I showed. So don't quote me. Now that I'm here, I will say something about the Behemoth - you may not like it but will get used to it.

I have yet to find a graphic engine which I truly like. These days things are so high def, that they have details on the screen that a normal 'naked eye' view would never pick out. I can count the frickin' hairs on the behemoth! Impressive? No not really.

What do I want to see? Thought I'd never say this in a million years, but less definition would go a long way towards realism, I think.
