Well . . .
The only reason I entitled this thread the way I did was because I didn't think he would come otherwise. If I had said, "Hi The_Gootch Let's Talk" he wouldn't have responded. I've IM'ed him before but he doesn't respond . . . I needed a provocative off-topic way of getting his attention. And now that I have it . . . I'm not sure it made any difference.

I Did . . .
But all I ended up doing was patronizing U.S. marines. I aired my grievances and ended up realizing that I'm the only person who doesn't seem to "get it" -- your sense of humor that is. It wasn't until I read some of your fictional works that I realized where your talent lay. You're a sort of irky humor novelist centered usually around a protagonist cad of some kind. Everyone gets it and I don't. For years now, I have been offended while other people simply look on with curiosity at my overblown responses to you. And what did it get me in the end? Drama-Queen-Consis that's what. Oh well, there was one lesson I learned from this: Wolfman should've been the recipient of my focus.
Oh and one more thing: I get it now. I can officially say that I now have a clue!

I haven't read anything more than what you've posted here at Heroes Community. I'm assuming that this material is less than what you probably consider to be your best quality. But it does still reveal your sense of humor. What the hell is your problem? You once lived by a code among soldiers. I lived by it too. I still do. Why have you abandoned your principles and crossed the line? I'm not calling you racial slurs. What gives you the right to call me a cracker? As much as I disagree with you, I will never use any slur against you. I may use some appropriate banter that former soldiers are familiar with and accept as nothing to worry about. I'm not crossing that line. If you said it to my face, that would've been the exact time and place I decked you once for one inappropriate comment buddy. You can call me anything else you want as long you don't insult my wife and children. I don't care, I really don't. I can take it like a man. But don't call me a cracker!

Well Gootch is unavailable at the moment but I tell you this Consis. You have brought on these racial slurs by the crap you posted in US presidents 08. Anyway, you are not soldiers anymore so get over it a put you badge away already. Gootch uses humor to provoke sometimes, and not to mention WTH, your white, and if you can't find humor in that, well sorry.
Once you are out of the Milatary the oath you took does not mean **** in the real world. And with your buddy Bush running things, there are soldiers that are embarrassed to be called a Solider. If you are so WOOHOO about it then join back up and go live in the sand somewhere for Christ sakes. I tried to get you guys to come to some kind of peace and if you wouldn't have spread us all over HC whining about the lack of attention that you were getting, and how you have dropped us from your make believe friends list, this would not even be an issue right now.
You brought this on yourself, and after reading some of your crap in that thread I do believe you have more of a chance of being racist then Gootch ever will. His Bf's are from all ethnic groups including Peacemaker, so don't try to portray him as some racist over a comment that was not intended to put you in therapy.

Hehe yea I got a nice mix.
I got 3 colors in my hair now natural.
White but just a slight mexican color.
Nice silky straight hair that women get jealous over.
I am getting older but hey who knows.
I always find that things happen out of the blue & unexpectedly or when it seems unlikely lol.

It's Not Ok
First of all I wouldn't make a big deal of this if he didn't know what he was talking about. But The_Gootch knows what he meant when he called me it. I wouldn't be surprised if he also had been called a cracker by other racist people of different ethnicity.
I do not subscribe to the philosophy that accepts same-race slurs. I don't think it's right when an african american speaks to another and call each other a slur like many rap artists do. I will not call other white people slurs. I will not do it to women based on their sex. I will not do it to homosexuals. I've been put up against a fence, tossed around like a rag doll in a cafeteria, and ganged up on more than one occasion by persons who kept telling me they were sick of white people, all while being called a cracker.
To argue that I brought the racial slur on myself.....that is your choice but I strongly disagree. That's the equivalent of saying it's America's fault for terrorism. (as if to say we did to ourselves) If you feel that way then we truly disagree and may never find common ground. I am defending myself against a comment made by another man. Whatever his reasons or background does not excuse how it made me feel. He is responsible for what he said. He has attacked my opinions, which is his right. He has attacked my vote for Bush, which is also his right. Attacking my skin color is not right. I defend myself from words like this as fiercely as I would also defend any one of you if I saw some racial slur made against you. Even if we're enemies that doesn't give a person the right to use racial slurs against you.
