I would very much like to be a moderator.
I have improved quite alot I think  and I would love to modOther Games.
But since this is in the VW I don't think anyone will take this seriously which is a shame.

My Vote:
I vote for Kookastar. She's a lot more responsible than she leads people to believe. And FriendofGunnar is too much like me. He enjoys is citizenship too much. Part of being a moderator means not having an opinion in many circumstances. It also means trying to appear that you aren't taking sides. Kookastar would be great if she chose to do it.

First we need dedicated people who would do thier job & behave well.
We should not vote for those who do not want to even be a mod.

I have already posted this in Tavern but thought I would throw this out on a parell thread.
I have not been along time member of HC so I will try to speak briefly on this topic, and Aculias you better keep your mouth shut about my lengthy post. I have noticed that there are the same MODS on here that spend a lot of time on a daily basis going through and reading all of these threads. Here is my idea:
I think that we should rotate out MODS. Not fire them or make them inactive permanently, however give everyone an option that really participates on the board to shed a new light. Everyone has different personalities and has a different perspective on these threads and what they mean or don’t mean. We have members that I’m sure would love to be MODS for even just a couple of weeks and then rotate them out for the next fresh group. If we don’t do something like this we get stagnant on the board and can almost pin point when someone will get QP’s.
So you are thinking, what about if someone gets on here and just starts going nuts and taking point or giving them to everyone and their dog. Well we still have our main MODS and the V man to make sure that things don’t go into that direction. I for one think that there are people on here such as Peacemaker, The_Gootch, and Consis that are all great writers and can really add to the board as a mod. Even some of our new members and the quiet one’s that just sit back and observe. They all have something to offer. People are very busy, so the opportunity to just do it for a few weeks or so would be refreshing I’m sure.
Being a MOD can be time consuming, so if we rotate it gives the old MODS a chance to relax and get refocused and new ones to show us what their thoughts are. I feel it would be exciting to see which people will be the new moderators for the week and it would freshen things up a bit. People have been complaining lately about the board just being stale and we need something new to add. So this was my idea go ahead and rip it apart….
