But Alcibdes, what do you think about my Settlement subclasses. The real work will with skills and abilityes. As, Blamathsmith as hero very funny, but Ted's idea.

I don't have any particular oppinion about that ... It's not my faction, and I don't particularly like it, so haven't thought about Heroes for it.

Ok, so I write the desprections of hero classes to make sure you understand why I chose Battle Mage.

Warboss (Settlement Hero class) : Warbosses are the leaders of orcish armies, the most loyal slaves of their clan leader. Warbosses posesses very limited magic power and a bit limited artifical skills. The warboss concentrate to the skills of warfare, tactic and defense.

Battle Mage (Magic Subclass of Warboss) : Battle Magi are warbosses with less limited magic skills. They are rather concentrate magic then warfare, as they trying to develop their magic skills and might skills in parallelism. Their magic specialization is destruction magic.

Blamatsmith (Might Subclass of Warboss) : Blamatsmith are warbosses with greater artifical skills, they concentrate more to their artifical and mechanism skills than might skills.


Subclass skills (Warboss skill is Orcish Warsmithism) :

Battle Mage: Arts of Destruction

Basic: All Settlement creture (in the hero's army) can use Berserker Frenzy ability, and the hero's destruction spells are now +10% more powerfull.
Advenced: All Settlement and Natureal creture (in the hero's army) can use Berserker Frenzy ability, and the hero's destruction spells are now +20% more powerfull.
Expert: All creture (in the hero's army) can use Berserker Frenzy ability, and the hero's destruction spells are now +30% more powerfull.
Ultimate: All creture (in the hero's army) can use Berserker Frenzy ability, and the hero's destruction spells are now +30% more powerfull. The enemy cannot resistant the destruction spells, and the enemy's magic proof or magic immunity do not effects.

Arts of Destruction abilityes:

Master of Berserking: The creature in the hero's army who uses Berserker Frenzy only attack the enemy creature. When using the Berserker Frenzy attacks twice and gets strike and return (until the berserk).
Master of Ignitations: the creatures get now bonus fire damage (same to the Demon Lord's Hellfire ability). The hero's fire and earth spells now do Armor Crushing effect too.
Wrath of Berserker: All settlement creatures in the hero's army gets Enraged ability.
Fearless Army (Ultimate Ability): All creatures in the hero's army gets Bravery Ability.


Blamatsmith: Armorer
Basic: The hero can uqrade his Orc Armor to Heavy Orc Armor, Orc Sword to Orc Longsword, Orc bow to Orc Longbow. Uqrade cost 800 gold.
Advenced: The hero can uqrade his Heavy Orc Armor to Ancient Orc Armor, Orc Longsword to Orc Broadsword, Orc Longbow to Sharpshooter Bow. Urade cost 1500 gold.
Expert: The hero can uqrade his Ancient Orc Armor to Gold Armor, Orc Broadsword to Orc Greatsword, Sharpshooter Bow to Ranger's Bow. Uqrade cost 3000 gold.
Ultimate: Uqrade takes half gold cost.
Note: the uqrades gives more bonus to the artifact.

Armorer abilityes:

Holly Weapons: WE can uqrade our orc weapons to saint weapons for 100 gold.
Orc Armor can be uqraded to Holly Armor
Heavy Orc Armor can be uqraded to Heavy Holly Armor
Ancient Orc Armor can be uqraded to Saint Armor
Orc Sword can be uqraded to Holly Blade
Orc Longsword can be uqraded to Holly Archblade
Orc Broadsword can be uqraded to Superseme Holly Blade
Orc Greatsword can be uqraded to Legendary Holly Blade
Orc Bow can be uqraded to Holly Bow
Orc Longbow can be uqraded to Holly Bow
Sharpshooter Bow can be uqraded to Holly Watered Bow
Ranger's Bow can be uqraded to Saint Rangers Bow
Note: the holly weapons will give us to do more damage agitns undead and demonic creatures.

Enchanted Bow: Same as Inbune Arrow (or Imbune Bow), but can only used if the hero uses any kind of bow (Unicorn horn Bow, Orc Bow, Holly Bow, Orc Longbow, etc.) as artifact.
Artifical Weapons: +1 attack bonus for the orc bows and sword and +1 bonus to te orc armors. Note: this effect uqraded and holly weapons too.
Artifical Warsmithism (Ultimate Ability): Orc Chrafters and Orc Warsmiths give us 3 orc rescoure after win combat.

All Knightdougal did was make a little mistake, no need to hammer him just like that, infact he didn't do anything really wrong, just made a mistake.

alright, i was a little hard on him. but he knows how my factions work (because he helped me design them) and he has already read my coments that i didn't want additional heroes, so he should know better than to make me some that, generally, screws the factions up.

If you have some interesting abilities, sure. I can even propose the general idea for a change (veeeery general though). It seems that the orcs have two "things" that define their philosophy:
1. Respect for raw power.
2. Hatred for anything magical.

If you ask me, those are the things that should be developed in the advanced classes.

I might revisit this idea, but from a slightly different approach - I am working on a general frame of a new skill-system as per TotE changes, including normal skills and abilities and completely new system for Ultimate Abilities. In that context, I might work this into a two-hero model, which I think would be more appropriate, with aim fora Heroes 6 relevance (probably too late, but well, we can still have the fun ).

well technically Alc could pull a blind eye and not worry about this thread anymore, i think we know since Alc's a mod now he isn't going to get anymore QPs or anything

and since he is a mod, shouldn't he be ordering us around

@alc: i'd like to say sorry for myself in my first post to this thread, i overeacted way to much and i hope we can continue as noramal in HC

oh and do you guys remeber sindbad, he was such a great HCer, too bad he had to go

alc wouldn't get another qp for this thread even if he wasn't a mod, two QPs for the same idea is usually considered an overkill.

Sindbad was a very creative poster. He didn't stay for too long though.
