Wow! That's really... Amazing! It will be much easier if you have many stakcs of small creatures, incase you don't have enough mana.

Reminds me of how I killed 900 black dragons with 150 grand elves and 50 zealots in H3 just using forcefield(H3's version of arcane crystal).
The forcefield neatly covered my 2 stacks and my ammo cart- just kept recasting forcefield and shot the blackdragons away ^^

I guess you also used haste or had some faster troops as well, Ambidext. Anyways, this battle reminds me of those 30k thanes(might be less if you attack them faster/not on heroic) in Freyda's HoF campaign.

reminds me of order in H4. often, they didn't even need an army, hypnotize was enough. or one hero with hypnotize and another with cloud of confusion for example.
this one seemed luck based, they attacked the wrong stack of cerberi.
