Ahh, one of the ones who killed countless of our bellowed German brethren (including WW1 where they really hadn't done anything wrong). One of the sex-addicted, rap-listening, baby spanking brutes who probably eat on McDonalds every Sunday (Who is Ruby anyway?).

I see precious little difference between rappers of today and bards of yore. I see precious little difference between the great storytellers of ancient cultures(Beowulf anyone?) and the masters of hip-hop. Rock & roll became stale and uninteresting towards the late '80s. Hip-hop has been fresh, innovative, and cutting edge for the last 20 years.

Yes the title is racy. You will find, should you decide to remain here, that Violent_Flower's compelling work is filled with double entendres, this one notwithstanding. She is an adult writer for an adult audience. I seriously doubt that kids will have the patience to even read her writing once they find out it doesn't have anything to do with games or them.
Even so, Other Side of the Monitor is where we get to talk about real life issues with out peers. Val seems to have accepted that the Community has matured enough over the last five years that he's willing to allow open discussions about adult topics.
As for the piece itself, what compels you to call it immoral? The act of making love between a husband and a wife? That's immoral? Were you born under a cabbage leaf? Were you delivered to your parents by a Stork named Sven?
You've made it very clear that you're religious. You were raised a certain way. And that way is the thought the belief that sex out of wedlock is sinful and even in wedlock it should only serve the purpose to procreate so that god's kingdom may be expanded. You've been taught to be ignorant son. And you've been taught to embrace your ignorance by hurling scripture at every minor sin you've been brain-washed to believe.
You've every right to remain ignorant. What you do not have the right to do is come here as a child in an adult world and petition the mods or even Val to censor a topic that you clearly have no clue about. Your inexperienced voice is not recognized and one way or another you will be silenced should you continue to pursue your disruptive behavior here.
It's your choice. I for one recommend sitting down, shutting up, and learning to read with a more open mind.

I feel I should type something at this juncture. Being that I am of sound mind and stable body, it is very possible that I might even still have nothing to say. Within this possibility lies an undiscovered truth: listening can be a challenging skill to those who have been taught to dictate their edics in the most offensive way.
Having said as much, I have noticed that in some cases it might be helpful to at the very least communicate said edic in the recipient's native tongue. Otherwise, how on earth would the recipient truly be made aware of your own superiority and greatness? After all some humans are better than others, especially the humans that God speaks to personally.

Let me offer some advice... Consis - what the heck are you drinking, and why aren't you sharing?
Fortress_Fan, its become understood by most that the Otherside is a place where those of us who are older can go and talk about whatever we like without worry of what children might think. There have been a lot of sensitive discussions about a lot of issues that would be well over the heads of many 15 year old and under kids.
Clearly you are all about censorship based on your own personal views of what is right and what is wrong. That's great for you - but please don't attempt to censor others when its clearly uncalled for. You find that you are lacking the maturity to read something like this poem and see it for what it truly is - so you should not be reading or posting here. It's really that simple.
You're writing in defense of other little kids who might be somehow harmed by a beautiful piece of writing - well I'm happy to let you know that for the most part the kids that you're worried about are arguing over unit strenth and strategy in other forums - they are not here.
Please make an effort to understand that it is always your option not to read something. If the post violates the code of conduct in a way that you feel needs to be addressed, contact a moderator - by writing in this thread the way you have it's now been completely polluted and derailed. Not good.

There might be a few who visit here, but for the most part I'd say this is true. I recall a young Wolfman and a young Ruby visiting the Other Side of the Monitor. I find it very interesting when a young person comes here with such passion. It's a rare thing that provides plenty of food for thought. I certainly enjoy it.
I'd say Fortress_Fan is extremely passionate about what he believes in. I won't fault him for his enthusiasm. I would simply ask that he try to consider the opinions of other people before making his remarks. It's clear that he doesn't and I understand that being young means you haven't yet broken through certain mental limitations. I'd say those limitations encompass larger/greater concepts mostly having to do with "walking a mile in another man's shoes". I feel your mental conceptual horizans are greatly expanded once you can imaginatively empathize and compassionately sympathize with those persons you disagree with.

Fortress fan, If you really believe in God, why all the Anti-KD()...activity? God says to love everyone, doesn't He? I hardly think what you have done in HC is sin, but as a Christian you should be more open minded.
Whoever said that sex is sin anyway? It can't be God's will that humans get extinct. As long as they're over 18 and married, God shouldn't care. I see nothing sinful in this thread or the poem.
Bottom line: Fortress_Fan is wrong, everyone else is right, back on topic

Austrians killed 725.000 Serbs in the war (Serbia had a population of only 4.5 million at the time)... That's not a crime of course. We deserved it because a Bosnian guy shot a man.
