Favor.
This is an idea I had a while back. It's not about good or evil, it's about power. The power of the Gods.
What it is: Favor
What it means: How much the Gods like you, or dislike you.
Why I bring it up: In the universe of Heroes V, there are gods, powerful gods, who should be able to alter the course of events, and yet seem strangely remote.
How it takes effect: To gain favor, you can:
A) Build marvolous cities, which pleases the God of your faction
B) Build up the Favor skill (Like luck, Attack, War Machines, etc)
C) Have, in your army, creatures that serve as envoys/preists of the gods.
Then, in combat, the god of your faction (GoyF) will bless you, or possilby curse you, with a random bonous an of some kind. Thei could mean exptra spell points, or attack boosts, or a sheild of some kind. these bounuses could be fleting , or more permenant, dpending on th heroe's mastery of the Favor thingy. (nummbers are similar to moral or luck. The gods can also curse your enemies.
Sylvan: mostly defense/protecion
Inferon: Destruction of eneimes, attack
Haven : Attack/speed/helat
Dungeon: speed/Attack Spell power
Acadamy: Mana/Spell Power/Curse enemies
Necropoils: Speed/spell power
Dwarves: Attack/ Spell Power,/
gtg to church, more later.

OK,
First about the name:
There is a comics drawed by Vlaad and called Ghosts of the Past actually this name is very good for the Ultmate H5 MOD --->>> 1. Old heroes, some old names, old creatures mayne old skills, maps and artifacts... (all from H3, 4, even 1 and 2), if Vlaad agree, the name will be "Ghosts of the Past"...

did i bring this up or did i forget? o well i say it anyway, proportions, i will try to keep this simple, their are say 33 heroes to choose from in the tavern, it picks two at random, if the proportions of heroes is 10 Haven, 10 Academy and 13 Necro, their is a ,uch greater chanse that it will pick Necro, so just make sure that you add an equal amount of Heroes to Ghost of the past (nice name) and Ashrah, i am unsure why you brought the Succubus thing up, but Fallen Angel is already taken by HoF

Here is the first new hero:
Galthran
350 years Galthran was commander of all skeletons in the Necropolis armies. After the death of Sandro, and the end of Heresh Galthran start a journey to Karnaiir - the dark lands of the Unknown east, where he find "The book of the thousand bayonets" - knowledge for the perfect defence! Galthran is the only one hero who have returned from the Unknown east... but he was there for 50 years...
Specialization:
The book of The Thousand Bayonets
Less damage is suffered from distant attacks, reduction depends on hero level.

I think that most of this stuff sounds awesome!
but... anyone think about bringing back the manticore or behemoths from 3?
They were awesome, but i don't really know where they could fit...

well, if someone figures out how to convert .3DS files (or something) into Heroes V, then I could make something. Or you could just recolor the yeti. btw, could we have the Yeti in the game? (or snow ape or whatever)

If we ewnat to see, let's get racking!
Rename the Death Knight to Dread Knight and give him THIS desprection:
Dread Knights are powerful, twisted Reverants. Those facing a charge of a Dread Knight will often flee in terror, while the few remaining to fight discover the wounds inflicted upon a Dread Knight rapidly fade away.
Rename the Black Knight to Reverant and give him this desprection:
Reverants are knights resurrected as liches. While they maintain their former martial leanings, their new forms open them more freely to the learning of magic. Death knights wear the tattered and rusting armor they were buried in.
Rename Wight to Reaper, and give him this desprection:
Reapers was at once Dread Knights, but they sarcifaced their magic and body, so they became Reapers. They feel stronger as they know. Reapers are the death himself, they are want to kill humen at all costs and turn them into the worst faith: serve the undead forever, and lose the soul.
Rename Wraith to Soulthief, and give him this desprection:
Soulthieves are was at once Reapers, but they became stronger, so they are now Soulthieves the Death himself, nothing can endure their chilling touch and survive. Any enemy creature that fights them is drained of its soul-substance, as thet undead chreatures are tormented souls thirsty for revenge on all living creatures.
Rename Vampire Lord to Vampire Clanleader or Vampire Count
Give the Lich this stats:

Okay we need some more "Level 7 Second Uqrade" chreature what also knows as "Lvl. 8" chreature (did any1 remeber it at Homm 3 WoG?) :

Shadow Priestess (already done by Radar and VokailBG) (It is keeps being lvl. 6 chreature)

Yes, we need some Second uqrades of Lvl 7 chreatures. I can make sure we won't lose the Lvl. 1 chreatures! I can make the chreatures myself, I need only modells, textures and icons (and soem indrution)
My suggestion: Angel ----> Archangel -----> Superseme Archangel (did Anyoen remeber it at Homm 3 WoG?)
Devil ----> Archdevil -----> Superseme Archdevil
Fire Dragon ----> Magma Dragon -----> Lava Dragon
Green Dragon ----> Emelard Dragon -----> Gold Dragon

There are some good ideas KD, there are...
Okay, Superseme Archlich shoud be lvl. 6 chreature. But Archlich realy houd get +70 hitpoints and the normal lich +30 hitpoints and the Archlich shodu get Empowered Ice Botl, Ice Botl and Cricle of Winter, but at least Ice Bolt amd Circle of Winter. Normal lich shoud get Decay, Weakness and Ice Bolt spell.
