i've got the impression that Lizardmen are strictly caste based. so they would have a warrior caste, a worker caste, a messanger caste and a breeder caste (or any number of castes)
to represent this caste, they have a prefix at the start of their name. "Kop" for warrior, for instance. they all have different levels of development, the worker class goes worker (does the work, but better off than slaves), artisan (better off than the workers, often specialising in a certian feild), freeholder (owns slaves but doesn't have any power over life or death for them), overseer (commandes slaves and chooses when the slave lives or dies) and finally Planner (commands the opperation). they are represented by the suffixs -I, -Ku, -Fen, -Bogg and -Swamp.
its an interesting thought.

since the hero is a beastmaster, they are a breeder caste (Ran-). the ranks of ran are breeder, tamer, beastmaster, beastmaster veteran and beastlord.
So one of them might be Ran-Cadra-Fen. Beastmaster Ran-Cadra-Fen is a new beastmaster, and is rather inexperienced at it. whilst another, Ran-Gorond-Swamp, is a much more experienced one, and much more powerful, being a Beastlord.

its the structure of the beast town, Ted. it obviously shows the persons rank and caste due to their name, so people will go "oh, he is named Fir-Quant-Ku an artisan and a relatively skilled one" or "she is called Kop-Nohka-swamp, a warlord, steer clear!".
i also tried to include stuff relating to swamps, as you can see the last three are Fen (a type of swamp) Bogg (another type of swamp) and Swamp (a Swamp!), because they worship the dragon of swamps.

This sounds very nice. Could you come up with some more names for me? Most of them sound cool, but the Something-Something-Swamp sounds weird.

My, that would be confusing.
Edit: No need for the names enymore bixie, the heroes have been added. The Biographys still need to be added.

I like your Faction Card_Ximinez 
It reminds of the Slann faction in Warhammer.
Hopefully we could see it moddend one day 
Is there another way you could be able to breed? Spending XP sounds a bit harsh. What happens if you use to much, or is it capped for the XP you got since the last level?

Well I think that it will be capped. You can spend the experience you have for the level in the breeding building and if you haven't got enough, you can gather some more and use it the next day.

A fine choice for town but with many omissions I'm afraid. It is easily fitting in Ashan but there is no history or justification of the faction relations and some races might as well have been enemies instead of neutral and otherwise. To its credit the units are fitting the theme and the breeding idea sounds good, allowing numbers to overcome the initiative problems. But its mechanics demand too much(losing xp is a bad idea imo and an impractical one too) and it also gives too much, especially for higher tiers that can make a difference(the cap could be lower). Unfortunately racial abilities and skill percentages are also missing. A bonus for the heroes.
Final grade 57%
The idea isn't bad but it needed something more to be original. Your work on the units is pretty good but you should have paid attention to the skills and other things that affect the gameplay and the history part. Also town description is missing. Better luck next time!
