Do u upgrade those cannons at any time?
Coz with my water, fire and cannon mix tactic i reached level 35 and died there.
With the "cannon only" tactic, and just buying airs when needed, I got killed in level 16..

By level 35 you should have enough gold to buy thousands of lives. (have you been taking experience from chests? )
And yes, I upgrade cannons. I overlap my cannons in the upper right so I have four cannons showing. And I have a column of 3 cannons along the right center.
This screenshot is at the end of level 20
At level 13, all 7 of these cannons are lvl2
At level 19, all 7 cannons are lvl3

No, I had no gold to buy thousnads of live, coz I upgraded all my towers....the waters and the fires, which are not too cheap though. I found those waters quite usefull, coz of their ability to slow them creeps down. But I only played 3 times yet.
Maybe I try this cannon tactic again, but place a handfull of waters on some edges to slow the whole bunch down every now and then.

I really think they made it a little to cheap that you can do most of the game with the cannons, should have had the last lvl at least mixed between all types of guys. I hate the fact that doing this game with anything besides cannon will get u killed.

I tried this overlapping of cannons, but it doesn't work....when I press enter, nothing happens. And therefor, level 35 is always my end. At level 34, I had "-73" gold btw. I finally managed to make that level, but I had to let about 15 of these guys pass 1 round and take away 15 lives. So I got no money and only 5 lives left. And my (aprox.) 45 cannons have no chance to kill all these creeps in lev35...
And btw...the score in your pic at level 20 is even more than I had when I died on level 35...

Use the tab key until you get the smaller yellow box like this.
*NOT* the larger yellow box like this.
Then hit enter to place the tower.
The one in the pic is directly over the first one. But the yellow box looks the same when you overlap.
There's two reasons to stack cannon towers.
1) To get really high scores.
2) To break your addiction because stacking a lot of towers is very tedious and it sucks.
The last few levels I stacked up 50-60 fully upgraded towers per round. And that sucks.

You put them in the top right because they hit them as they go around the corner once, the first time, then theres a large running path to "reload" the cannons (take a break so they don't get overwhelmed) and then you hit them again at the other side.
To get loads of money it's all about spending as little as possible to get by.
To start off, angelito, try putting just one cannon for the first level in the top right. This will kill all the sheep. Then upgrade it for level 2, only one cannon still. THen build another for level 3. Upgrade the second one for level 4. Build another for level five. Upgrade it for level 6. Build another for level 7. Spend the wood on interest, and build one air tower and upgrade it fully for level 8. I place mine nearer the bottom right corner than the cannons. Sell it after the air level, and upgrade the last cannon you placed for level 9. Place another cannon for level 10. Remember they're all in the top right. Then the boss level you only need 3 arrow towers, each upgraded once. I put them in the middle square so they hit the boss as he runs around in a circle.
That should leave you with alot more money at the start 
I always have trouble with the bosses, as cannons suck at bosses, and air levels are annoying, but the rest is fine. Once you get past level 11 start fully upgrading your cannons and you'll be fine on everything except air and bosses, you need arrow and air towers for those.
And yea I normally end up filling the whole screen with tier 3 cannons at late game but I prefer to just buy lives than stack them on the same place...
It is alot more fun building combo and elemental towers than just interest though..
And I have no reason to play this game anymore, I'm happy with position 78 or whatever it was lol

Yes TA I got a better score then you did. I was asking why you shouldn't put it in a spot where the cannons can fire three separate times instead.

Ok, I'm not saying I'm good, I'm just saying that's the right spot to put them, It's the reload time that you get with the top right rather than the top middle I think you're referring to.

This is pretty much like the UMS defence maps in StarCraft.
This just happens to be very easy when compared to those. You can buy more lives. Had 150 in the end. Didn't let any through though.
I beat it at the first try. Got score around 5000 or so. 
After beating it I went and read where the scores come from. But I don't feel like playing for scores. Not very tempting to play something again just to get better scores.
Used water and fire btw.
Ensnare and archons style.
