As said already, I think its a real nice Faction.
But one thing that is missing... is that you don't have a good banner. So I took the liberty of making one.

If I may, thanks! Yes, it really lacks a good logo and this one is simply awesome  I will surely add it as the logo on web and of course give credit to its creator

Finally the bastion rating is over! *phew* A long but fulfilling read and a very well presented too with more things than you could probably ask. In my opinion its greatest advantage is how it all comes together: The theme, the units, the history and the skills. The history part easily fits in the official storyline seeing as we don't know much of the nature of the free cities but also has ties to the nomads' culture and explains well their connection with other factions. The creatures offer a variety of tactical possibilities also tied well with how the racial works and seem to be balanced just right-even if it doesn't show easily at first glance. The racial is well planned and has fitting abilities though an easy to get ultimate. This and the skill/unit abilities are original though some could get a tweak or two. The town description and architecture are amazing as is the general analysis and the only problem I see is the low resource costs for the dwellings. Also here and there are parts that could have been explained better.
The following get a bonus: soundtrack, campaign, heroes, society description and the indepth analysis.
Final grade 101%
Just kidding!
Final grade 92%
What can I say? Outstanding. A few minor tweaks and it can get even better. Hard work pays off it seems. And Ted's prediction was wrong!

This faction is abominably awesome... In fact, calling it "awesome" would be an insult to it, since it surpasses awesomeness and deserves the title of a deity among other ICTC towns...
97%. What more could I say? I only took 3% away from it because there are already about two human factions (haven and renegades), besides the academy.

The judges even haven't noticed that you have no emblem, what takes out 2 points. ><
But you deserve these grades even without the emblem.

The emblem is a simple shape that represents the faction on games.
Like Haven's cross, Sylvan's tree, etc.
