Sandro of course! He being in a Heroes game was a tradition.
Gastor too, I remember we laughing at him with my friend while playing H2. Damn he looks like a fish but I still kinda miss him.

I miss Tazar, Crack Hack, Solmyr, Deemer, most of the Dungeon overlords....

very surprising considering they restarted the entire storyline.
Which I'm okay with, since I never really grew attached to any of the old heroes. Except Christian, because he has the same name as me

Gelu, who's been the most decent hero throughout the series (in my opinion at least).
Also miss Tarnum and Crag Hack.

I miss Sandro, of course...
But I also miss the Lizardmen / Gnolls heroes as well! But, again, I miss the whole H3 fortress concept...
Minotaur heroes were all great, weren't they? Gunnar, with Logistics bonus, was really great!
I also miss the resource heroes, such as Sephinroth and Rissa...
Btw, can anybody tell me why in h3, there was no fortress resource hero? Not even +350 gold bonus!

Actually what I really miss most is the diversity in hero races for the factions A town's heroes were not limited to the races featured in its own town. Human heroes you had in pretty much every town. You even had a Genie as a hero in Stronghold! (Yog).
I miss that diversity the most.

Sir Mullich, Adelaide, Solmyr (btw how is correct: Solmyr or Solymr?), Fiur and Crag Hack. I hope they didn't retire and they will be in HoMM 6
