me and Antipaladin were thinking to add alternative upgrades(yeah,like tribes of the east)
i already have several alts to necropolis,Anti is workin with inferno Alts...to bad we cant catch Asheron and ask his opinion...

Since this is Asherons idea, I believe we should respect his opinion but I believe he may want to poke his head in a little more. We just won't get anywhere without a 'boss' so to speak, and I believe that Kipshaz should be second in command when Asheron is unavailable. 
So, have we decided on a color scheme for the castle faction? Realistically they probably wore gold/grey clothing whilst fighting in ancient times, however I think that a red color would bring into likeness monsters such as Pit Lords, Devils, Familiars, Horned Demons, Magogs, and efreeti. In this respect it ruins the rift between the Castle and Inferno factions. They are basically enemies, and by changing the color scheme to match it seems to ruin the unique rivalry between Castle and Inferno.
I just thought I would put in my little opinion.

Bah,people are just not listening...I'm tired of this,tired of everyone's ideas,everything...Antipaladin came yesterday and thinks his ideas are the best ones,and what's worse,everybody listen to him...He called our 4 months-made line-up a crap,offered only his creatures...And now I'm poking head and everyone wants to replace me? I'm gonna ask the moderator to lock this thread and finish this circus,I'll work on this alone and even If I don't finish it,who cares...

Nobodies replacing you, silly. It is the fact that we need to keep the gears rolling, and without you around we need someone else to take charge so that time is not wasted. Noone is trashing your ideas, also. They are merely offering their own opinions and views, which in turn has caused this project to begin a long, steady journey to the end. There is bound to be criticsm, there is bound to be people putting you down. You merely need to learn from it, because some of the ideas are valid!
My personal opinion is that Kipshaz should be in charge when you are unavailable. Since he has been bearing most of the new ideas and keeping this going, things are running smoothly. Just try and be around a bit more, if you can, Asheron. I understand there is a thing called "Life" so I don't blame you in the slightest.

I never seen any project finish except some of Acid Dragon , BJ ( but dead right now ) .
WOG 3.59 may be a dead too, dont no how long finish . Even it finish may be this time i dont play Heroes III any more , it so scary

3-mounths line up,sorry to breake it but thats nothing
i can work on ideas eternly,but few semples,ffs,this is just cancled idea..
In my expearnce those stuff happen all the time,you think about something
you try to,then you realise you cant really do it,or something else..
If you really wanted to play with this project do it yourself.

I can remember 3 projects... and after that I now have 5 .defs (4 more is to be finished soon).
Good luck, Asheron... it's hell of a job, but if you work hard you can finish it in (and that's much job what you're gonna do) half year or so
