Uhm, not to be ...... (not to confuse with bixie), but it would be nice to cut down on the double postings, and keep it all in one thread in either the Coliseum or the Altar. That makes it much more easy for everybody.

I am no hobbit lover.. but look interesting.. with some creative units.

How come there are no Hobbit Skirmishers that use slings?

Not so sure about Pegasus (as Hobbits are know for their riding ability)  Why not Giant Eagles? (that carry Hobbits in a net in front of them)

And how about putting Bard in replace of Bishop?

And don't think stone dragon really fit in with Hobbits...  especially a technological one... not sure what to replace it thought... maybe Avatar of Fortuna?  a really lucky creature. *shrugg*

Ted, I did the buildings for you:

Dwellings:
Leprechaun, Bearded Leprechaun - Mine, Gold Mine.
Net Throuher, Fisherman - Dam, Large Dam.
Babger, Saber Tooth Badger- Coppice, Grove.
Pub Master, Ale Master-Pub, Inn.
Vicar, Bishop - Hall of Afterlife, Hall of Opportunities.
Pegasus, Horned Pegasus - Stable of Sky, Stable of Storms.
Stone Dragon, Obsidian Dragon - Abandoned Temple, Burnt Temple.

Magical Buildings:
Rainbow-Leprechaun's growth booster. Fits them well, doesn't it?
Pond of Luck-Visiting hero gets +1 luck for the rest of the week.
Monument of Joy-Vicars' growth booster. The strange sounds a bit weird, but if you think about it-their afterlife are much better then their life, so they might be joy that someone died.
Magical Garden-Visiting hero gets +1500 experience.
Escape Tunnel-A tunnel from the Garrison, through the hill to outside of the town. Hero is able to surrender in a siege. Good thing from H3 that should come back-and this is the perfect town for it, it's on huge hill.

I left two places: one for grail and one of racial skill's building.
Tell me what do you want me to put there and I will.

PS: Strange colours of the buildings' tree were chosen becuase of your associated colors.

Here is my take of a Hobbit town.  While I am not a great fan of a Hobbit faction, as I think they lack much substantial punch to be an army of its own, it start as a creative challenge to myself.  Much as think more about it, found there could be a niche for such army, which prompt me to write out more about it.

The Theme-Strategy that I think would be a perfect match for Hobbit town would be that of skirmisher, who are adapt of the hit-and-run strategy.  And while they are weaker in offensive and defensive power, they would make up for it in their Luck.

Creature Line Up
1. Slinger  > Sling Shooter
2. Badger > Furious Badger
3. Bard > Minstrel
4. Stone Tosser > Stone Flinger
5.  Pongasus > Pegasus
6.  Ale Master > Brew Master
7.  Messenger of Fortuna > Avatar of Hermes

Lv1:  Slinger  > Sling Shooter
Ability:
-Shooter,
-Wee-folks: Have additional 33% chance of avoiding non-magic attack from Large Creatures, and additional 20% chance of avoiding non-magic attack from regular size creature.
-Precise Shot (U):

Strength: good speed, range attack, cheap and fast growth
Weakness: poor defense, weak damage.

Description: Typical level 1 range attack unit that throw stones from sling shots. (like the old Gremlins)

Lv2:  Badger  > Furious Badger
Ability:
-Large Creature
-Dash
-Enraged (U)

Strength: balance, with decent defense and attack.
Weakness: too balance, no special luck bonuses.

Description: An all around level 2 melee attack unit.  Very balance, good to use as a meat shield, or to defend your range units.

Lv3:  Bard > Minstrel
Ability:
-Wee-folks:
- Fighting Song: Active ability, for a turn increase the stats and moral of all units in the army.
-Cheery Aura: Increase the stats and luck and moral of all nearby (2 titles away) friendly units.
-Lullaby (U): Puts a creature to sleep.  Must be apply at melee range.

Strength: Support Friendly Units, can incapacity enemy unit.
Weakness: Very weak defense, poor attack, slow.

Description: Helpful if place near key units.  The lullaby can be very useful for offensive and defensive purpose, but hard to pull off.

Lv4:  Stone Tosser > Stone Flinger
Ability:
-Shooter
-Wee-folks:
-Run-n-Hit:  They are able to move and still do one attack in their turn.
-Head Knocker (U): Their attack will reduce target foe¡¦s initiative.

Strength: good speed, range attack, can better escape and still do attack.
Weakness: poor defense.

Description: Should be consider as the core unit of the Hobbit army.  Their run and hit ability allow them to get in better position for their attack, as well as escape enemy who try to get close to them, and still get an attack in.

Lv5:  Giant Owl > Hunter Owl
Ability:
-Flyer, Large Creature, Immune to Blind
-Strike-and-Return
-Swoop (U): Active Ability, similar to Battle Dive, a delayed air attack on rows of 4 titles (but no extra damage).

Strength: good speed, flyer, decent attack.
Weakness:  weaker hp and defense.

Description: Have similar use as the Haven¡¦s Griffins, give Hobbit¡¦s army a mid level flyer.

Lv6:  Ale Master > Brew Master
Ability:
- Large Creature
- Caster, Shooter
- Haste, Magic Immunity, Cleansing, Righteous Might
- Brew (U):  ???

Strength: Decent Defense, good supports to other units, range attacks.
Weakness: only few shots, slower, lower than average attack.

Description:  A support unit that can also do some range attacks.
Look:  A Hobbit riding on top of a pig or pony, carry a large barrel of ale on the back.
Lore:  Ale Master and Brew Master are more of an honorary title for the Hobbits, rather than just someone who server drinks in the bar.

Lv7:  Messenger of Fortuna > Avatar of Hermes
Ability:
-Flyer
-No Enemy Retaliation
-Aura of Luck:  Increase all nearby friendly creature¡¦s Luck.
-Fortuna¡¦s Smile (U):  The creature has additional 33% to avoid all attacks (including magical)

Strength: Hard to get hit, can be helpful to other allies.
Weakness: lower than average defense and attack, heavily depend on luck.

Description:  A uniqe level 7 unit.  While have much lower hp, defense, and attack than other level 7s, but its Fortuna¡¦s Smile, along with Hero¡¦s ability, made them harder to hit, thus can stay alive longer if have good rolls.
Look: Look like a Hobbit, but all glowing in gold.  Have the Winged hat and sandal, much like the image of Hermes.
Note: Was having some trouble with thinking up what kind of Level 7 creature Hobbits can associate with.

Racial Ability
Fool¡¦s Luck

Basic:  All creatures in Hero¡¦s army have 10% chance of evading attacks and 10% of doing critical attacks.
Advance: All creatures in Hero¡¦s army have 15% chance of evading attacks and 15% of doing critical attacks.
Expert:  All creatures in Hero¡¦s army have 20% chance of evading attacks and 20% of doing critical attacks.

Hero¡¦s Ability:
Hero¡¦s Luck:  +1 Luck all the time.
Lucky Strike:  Triple the damage on any Lucky Roll.
Rabbit¡¦s Tail:  Add Luck modifier in calculating evading of attacks.
Leprechauns Pot:  Gain 500 gold for each Lucky Roll.
Double Fortune: Creature attack twice on any Lucky Roll.

Thus as can see, Hobbit¡¦s faction, while weaker in many aspect, are more depended on Chance Rolls, for Luck and to Evade Attacks.  This allow them to do better damages, as well as last longer on the battle field (if they got lucky that is).  However, a hit-and-run tactic would also serve well in making the Hobbits last longer and be better utilize on a battlefield.

I did racial building, grail and I added a credit.

Dancing Arena-Dancing skill's effect gets +5%.
Gate of Hope-the grail. Through this gate the dead Hobbits go to the After life. Why hope? Becuase they hope that they will go into better life then the life they came from.

Sure, take what you like, afterall, it is an inspiration off your list.  But be sure to add a little note of credit in there (something like "*Thxs AJ for the idea").  But if its just something broad, or one that you modified, than its cool.
