Robe of Sar Issus +6 (armour of the forgotten hero use same slot)
Beginner's Magic Wand/Runic War Axe +2
Skull of Markal +5
2x Dragon Eye Ring +1
Dragon Bone Greaves +3
Dragon Tooth Neclace +3
So at the time maximum spellpower form artifacts is equal to 21.
