3. Which skill has the lowest number of related abilities, and how many of them are there?
Dark Magic is the only skill which has 6 additional abilities (besides standard 3), while rest skills have 7 or 8.

Ok, since this has become a little inactive and my first answer about the mana reduction was not what the question was about, I'll ask one of the questions:
10. How many boobs can you count among the units of H5?
Blood Maiden, Blood Fury, Shadow Witch, Shadow Matriarch, Pixie, Sprite, Succubus, Succubus Mistress, Rakshasa Rani

I rememeber the question that the largeest mana cost in one turn
So my answer is
the ranger imbue Puppet Master,then use the rain of arrows
enemy hero has the ability seal of darkness
so the mana cost is 18*2*7=252
week of magic (50%), arcane training (20%), erratic mana at max (50%), rings of sar-issus (50%)
only cost 25.2,reduce 226.8

Not sure but we can count Isabel and Nikolai

I don't have the full list of answers here, so I will not stand in for Ma_trix in his absence, but I can say I think 7 and 8 have been answerred correctly among the last posts, whereas 10 is wrong.

I'll try no.10 (blast I'm late again).
Following units have boobs in HoMM 5:
Blood maiden/fury, shadow witch/matriarch, succubus and mistress, pixie and sprite, and rakshasa rani.(+ perhaps the shaman girl from ToE).
Since they all have 2 boobs  , we have:
2x9(10)=18(20) boobs counted among units in HoMM 5.

It is not this situation we thought about. If you will show FULL reduction's calculation i will give you a bonus point. Now in calculation there is still something missing, so no point for this.
In this question we are asking about one spell and we eqcluded imbue balista.

I assume you mean the maximum decrease from original spell costs. If not, this answer will be completely wrong again ^^
Arcane Training 20%
Erratic Mana 50%
Week of Magic 50%
Ring of Sar Issus 50%
Archmages in army 20%
that means all spell costs are multiplied with 0.8*0.5*0.5*0.5*0.8=0.08
casting Phoenix would cost 0.08*35=2.8
The 2.8 mana is rounded down to 2, which means the decrease of mana costs is 33
