Problem with first aid tent.

I just came along a very irritating problem with first aid tent. At some point of the battle it ceased to get actions... I know since I had it under control. It did not gain any action till end of battle, which lasted about... 10 inquisitor's turns? What the heck is this thing about? I recall it happened before, and on another hero with tent conrol. then I just ignored it, but this time I lost... and enemy had some 30 squires left... I was furious. If anyone could explain this phenomenon to me, I would be very grateful. And even more for any advice what to do about it.

You only get 3 uses (shots) with the tent...

Simple,First Aid has 3 charges.After that,its useless...

Huh? Good? Tent is great! The only way for inferno to avoid huge casualties when creeping.. and equally useful just for every faction! A great thing to have.

Would it? Think about that necro guy that has first aid tent specialty...He is useless now... But with more charges... At least six would be nice...

He is bad since necromancers start with raise dead, but think about Vittorio, Havez and especially Deleb, they are great heroes and rely on the tent pretty much in earlygame.

Yes, but in mid- and lategame tent with 3 charges is a bit crappy... Just look at it this way: you can revive only 300 hp of creatures per battle... that is next to nothing. More charges, or even unlimited use would not be abusive, simply great. But yes I agree, for factions without other reviving, especially inferno, it's OK. But still I consider it not a good choice.

In lategame the tent becomes an extra cleanser, which can be a lifesaver for inferno that doesn't have any other means of cleansing. 300 hp is next to nothing? Play Deleb and you'll be amazed how much that 'nothing' can change : )

We didn't say that First Aid Tent is bad skill,it good,but good simply isn't enough...You take First Aid and i'll take destruction,lets see who will survive longer

Agree with doomforge 100%. Tent is amazing early because of Heal& Resurrection. Tent is equally amazing lategame because of a sure Cleansing. It simply rocks.

They could always add shots according the hero level...Maybe one extra after 5-7 lvls.

On First Aid Tent? No,why should it?

We could talk about this forever,but this is the fact:it should have more charges,even unlimited (like in HoMM 3)

Otherwise War Machines are pretty cool skill...

First Aid is good as it is. For creepy Deleb and for nerfed necromancers as Kaspar. Never i have liked War Machine skills in HoMM series but in H5 they actully are worth it sometimes.

the tent ain't that great in long battles... cleansing is usefull, but having a "wasted skill" like war machines isn't that great. factions like haven,academy,sylvan, fortress might find it even more useless , since they have very high chance of having cleansing or anti magic.

Well it can't be, it is only 1/4 of what Warmachines bring. A ranged damage dealer Ballista, a slight increase in shooters offense from Ammo Cart and Siege mastery are in addition to the Tent.

But the healing properties could increase by hero levels perhaps, but the Cleansings amount should not.

the damage from the ballista becomes absolete, like the healing from the  tent... +3 attack to ranged from the amo cart ain't bad, but it isn't much either. investing 5 skill points in this for long games is suicide imho, unless you use one of the war machine specialist heroes.
