You're wrong doomforge, its not about who breaks first. True, heaven its not so powerful here, meaning that it cant break fast, and if you rush them they might not use their training. But hell, this is true for every map, not only hourglass. The only towns that cant break in week 3 (yet) are heaven and fortress. The rest of them can do it, necro, academy, inferno, sylvan, stronghold, dungeon  . With dungeon was a little tricky for me until now. Sure, none of them can break in week 3 100% of the times, but, they can do it.
Stalkers overpowered??? Come on... not you too... Dungeon could break fast before tote but with losses (hydras). In tote they made all races better at creeping, so they had to do something about dungeon because stalkers mean no losses for dungeon so they can withstand in final fight. Hell, every other race can go through the game without losses, dungeon needed that.

And they suck so much there. "Not very powerful" isn't the correct word, I fear :X My mate attacked me at week 4 with a warlock similar to yours, like 22 spellpower or so, and meteor shower spell. What could I do? Nothing, I mean, I had a decent army, but lacked CoTN and he just used 6 stalker stacks and one big hydra stack. Before I even got to move everything was already dead  Including my shiny ballista, of course. He got so much exp and artifacts I couldn't get with my lousy haven creeping I couldn't do a damn thing.
Haven sucks, that's the point
Just imagine how well they would do with stalkers. They are imba compared to what haven has, I meant Not that they are imba overall.

Why would anyone play heaven anyway? 
No really, heaven is no match for dungeon, no matter the map.

But they suck so much I don't care anymore. Dungeon is still my fave.
Okay guys, I'm off for a rematch, Dungeon vs. Haven, he plays those lousy freaks this time

don't worry, it's over, I've owned him so hard it felt almost unfair
Since the two huts offered me luck, I took the oldschool warlock's luck path, plus the thing you've hinted to take, ignite. Got fireball from secrets, too Hey, you were right, creeping is so easy with ignite. I still have to get used to the ToTe lucre.
It was over after a month, I didn't even need meteor shower
Haven sucks.

Heh, i was beaten by dungeon without hitandruns when i played heaven. Of course, not that easy, but anyway... it might have been due to the fact that it was the 1st time i played heaven in multiplayer. Still, dungeon owns heaven on every map. And yeah, heaven sucks.

It's pretty easy if you want to beat, say, 80 archangels with necro. Puppet one of them and move him so he blocks the way to your stack

all you have to do is beat them the usual way afterwards
I'm not sure what to do with black dragons, though. Or with that hourglass' garnison of elementals and phoenixes
maybe samiekl knows more.

I dunno, im no expert with either factions, especially necro...im just so noob with them i cant believe 
With inferno i could break (finally) in late week 4 with dark magic. Mass slow, blind/puppet and vampirism. But there are people in toh that break in week3. Necro actually breaks the fastest, i think day 3 week 3.

btw, rune magic doesn't even appear in the guild on hourglass. I can build the rune guild but it gives no spells  Doesn't happen on other maps. Wtf?
