I'm sorry but I only can give feedback and help to improve things. I can't give totally new ideas for creatures, especially not the strongest ones on the faction. Others can help you, though.
Just find a mighty see creature. It might be anything, depending on your taste. Just make sure it feels powerful enough.

Well, I originally drew the Sea Turtles from the Turtles from Warcraft 2 and the Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Time to look at my book of Animal Kingdoms! (Shark looks pretty powerful. . .)

Personally I think your lv 6 is alot stronger then your lv 7.
Then again if your having a naga town, why not make some Naga type creatures.
Naga's are after all super being mytholigically half human half snake.
Rivalry of the garudo.
You can make up some imagination with them.
I mean with all your creatures, I would think Sea turtles would not be the best.

Fofa you need to think about whats good for your town because people will look at all of that.
Do you really think Turtles should be the best of anyones town?
I say lv 4-5 the most, not lower then that.

Keep working hard but also remember about asking yourself."Is that the best for my town I am working hard on?"

Sorry to say but yes. That's our final round.
Anyway, your faction is AMAZING! I have no better word to describe it.
I have only a small problem with the racial skill. The concept is great, but you made it overpowered.
My suggestion is to change it a bit: First of all, no disappearance on the adventure map, this is just annoying and will never work. Second, make the flooding of the battlefield an actived ability of the hero, that her success is depend on the level of the skill; basic, advanced, expert or ultimate.
Edit: I agree with Acualias about your 6th level creature. It is overpowered.

Well I skinned through it.
I think there are alot of good stuff but as usual I point out the bad.
Scociety was good but history i think it could of had a little more effort about the naga's.
It was short enough but boring also.
I did not have time to fall asleep because by the time I hit my first Z I was already done reading the society.

Also a little bit about the creature dwellings.
It seems some prices are more cheaper then the other.
Dwellings should be tougher to build usually.
Like the Mantas.
Second dwelling is alot tougher to build then the wave dwelling.

I think you have alot of magicians but Mermaids are very fine when they can change from mermaid to a priestess.

I think it's like a game with great graphics but the game could of been better.
Same with you Fofa. Great all around hard work but I think you could of took your time more to make sure you made more sense.
I like it but just take your time.

Of course no town is perfect but you need to hear the criticisms to help you in a positive way.

Okey i have reduced the lv6 creatures stats and i have changed the racial skill too.
I plan to change the underwater stats to something like this.

Racial Skill

Basic: All creatures does 15% more damage underwater.

Advanced: Same but 25% more.

Expert: Same but 35% more

Ultimate: Same but 45% more. '

This was only an idea ;P but i dont think i will use it. I LOVE underwater stats, and i will never remove it.
Will change the name of the seduce abillty, Inferno faction stole it from me -.-

- About racial skill: Number from Basic to Expert are too close. - Sea Turtles, while I hold nothing against them as a level 7 unit, are underpowered. Spice them up with some extra abilities. What growth rate had you considered for them?

I see. I've made some edits according to your suggestions. As for the ocean mana:

Oh. . .I thought it might make more sense since larger creatures take more space, but I guess I better remove that and find a better way for Ocean Mana to be spent.

Ok - my first impression was that you spent Ocean Mana depending on the area of the battlefield you submerged - which was why the other thing confused me.

Very good.
I have a problem with the 7th level creature. I have to say that outside of the water (when the Pristess floods the battlefield) it's a quite pathatic creature, and in the water it's overpowered! It has 2 speed out of the water and 6-7 in it. And the only way you make the water affect him is to have the ultimate skill.
It's not the only creature that has this problem. You have to balance your army.
The flooded battlefield should add a few HP (just a little bit!), maybe 1-2 speed (not more, and definitely not 4 ), and maximum 2 initiative, and a bit from everything else.
You have to change many statuses. Mainly the 7th, the 6th and the 4th level creature.
