I did not find the others evil. Tolghar the king was weak willed and insecure so he could easily be manipulated by his advisor Hangvul(?). The advisor acted for the good of the dwarves even if that meant some good people died because of that. He gave the boy to the fake Isabel because he was besieged both by the haven forces and the dark elves. If you see things logically it was a safe move. A manipulating bastard with a purpose

Now you mention it I wonder how many pages come from off-topic discussion In a little more than a month this thread will have limited use as people will start discussing the features in separate threads. I'll probably be absorbed with gaming than posting anyway

I think we all will... Because I think with alternative, Orcs and so much different new stuff - the game will really need a week more of playing all the factions to learn to mix and match the alt. upgrades .. and try out Melee dungeon mixed with some more magic dungeon fx.. it will be great

H5 and HoF I have seen that may or not work on vista. I do not know why but it would be a good idea if ubival addressed this.

That's a given Both last two had me staring for a while. The cleric-devil battle was amazing to watch and I was wondering who will win As for the HoF intro that flying dragon was awesome. The accompanying music was fitting for both so I'm kinda expecting something equally good.

For a while after I got Hammers of Fate I thought that that dead green thing sticking out of the Fortress battlements on the main menu was a sneak preview of the Goblin. Looks like I was wrong

Dwarfs are somewhere Good/Neutrals for me. Well definitely neutrals they fight only for them self but i see the typical hero syndrome in them 'i don't care about others' and surprise, surprise hero saves the world in the end.
What was i talking about? Oh yeah Orcs! They are also neutrals but they have demon breed so i hope that brings some new elements to them. Only acceptable goal for evil charters in any games is world domination "what all men whit great power wants? more power" or something like that

i actually thought that frotress is kind of replacment to might..then again theese orcs arent really "might" themselfs...
i dont like the wya it is made if u ask me.
infect i think dwarfs should had halfings and hobbits.
i think orcs are nutural period.
i would like to ask this though (ot sry) is it posible to program a commander into h5?

As far as we know, comanders are impossible, but that could change as we learn more.
I wonder what they will do for the menu animation, probobally a battle sequence, but who(m) vs who(m)?
Also, I hope that, as an easter egg, when you beat the final campaign it shows (A) the ending video and the (B) a fully rendered video, like the opening one for HV original, totally realistic, you know. The video shows, at last, either the devil conquering the preist, or the preist conquering the devil, either way. The winner celebrates, only to have something come up behind it, and stab/slash/burn/eat it. The thing that does the eating is a foreshadowed creature from H-VI, indicating what they will do with it.
(Potentially a Naga or a Faceless or something)
