I've just taken a look at two norwegian gamesites. They both say the game will be released friday 21th september. Of course they may be wrong, but who knows?

The most prevalent dates for Europe seem to be 12 and 21. I hope it's the former

if it is indeed the 21st, then i will most likely get an email saying the game is released from my local game shop, there i should be able to buy it with ease
EDIT
cancel that, here you can see that the game is due for release in europe next month
on the bright side, its only £18!

Play.com have changed release date from 21.09 to 12.10. They are usually very reliable with their information, and my personal belief is that we will not see the game before mid october. But let's have fingers crossed.

Which still did not answer my question - will they change Nature's Luck? Because even if it's at level 25, unless they change the requirements to something absurdly useless (which I doubt), it's still going to be a total game killer.

Avenger-rain of arrows,imbue arrow,deadeye shot
Light magic-master of wrath,storm wind,refined mana

Luck-solider's luck,resourcefulness,elven luck
Whether it's a game killer,I think you may find answer in the game yourself.

From these requirements, i can see that there will be some changes to the system. Natures luck (according to that list) requires 2 of the basic perks (resourcefulness and soldiers luck) which was NEVER the case before.

Yes..Also I notice that both pathfinding AND silent stalker are there which means that either the requirement changed(swapped pathfinding with scouting) or that silent stalker can be accessed by a racial ability and no logistics requirements.

Yes, Luck + Logistics + Light Magic ... simply an awful build for Ranger ...
And will it still make you have 100 % Luck?

Damn to think that those are my basic pics everytime  Well when attack and warmachines are not offered Yes you do miss out on leadership or enlightenment/defense too but it's pretty solid anyway.

Yeah but remember its only gamebreaking if haven and dungeon keep their terrible ultimates, Because any other faction with an ultimate will certainly be able to compete with natures luck.
Mind, a haven hero with a pretty sub-standard build would still be able to beat a natures luck hero with all those paladins if played properly, and dungeon would probably just rush them before they got it

Yeah. I think it's all about ballance: Bad Creatures = Good Ultimate, and vicaversa.

Avenger + 100% luck = paladins dead on arrival.
Avenger + 100% luck = dungeon dead from round 1, therefore only solution a lucky empowered armageddon to kill everyone.

Well I shall certainly be looking for TotE when I'm there^^. Gee can't belive that we still didn't get any specific info about the release... Hmm if ubi is french I guess I won't see anything in Japan for a while.
About the ultimate skill change... Sylvan sounds really really bad oO! Apart from that I seriously hope that they changed the requirements for Inferno... Grok is the only one who is actually able to reach the ultimate.

Your latter assumption is right. You need Basic Logistics of course and in addition to it Deadeye Shot.
Although you are able to achieve ultimate on level 25, it might be some more difficult than before. Until now you can at least force Familiar Ground to show up by choosing Silent Stalker and Expert Logistics. You know that it will get offered next time unless you have different of those "advanced" abilities in prospect. In ToE there are two "advanced" abilities that require Pathfinding and Silent Stalker. If you have bad luck, Familiar Ground will never be offered.
As it seems, the effects of the ultimates will stay untouched, however. We already think about banning them for multi player duels.
