I have not played HoF but...
Is Andrei a "real" charaktar in the storyline?
And who is Andrei anyway?

Andrei is Nicolai's nephew. He's the legitimate heir to the Griffin Empire's throne. He's mentioned at the start, early levels and ending of Hammers of Fate. Biara needs him for some reason.

In the end of HoF Biara says about Andrei: "I have need of him, or at least need of his blood hahahahahaha" It's possible that he is dead in TotE, or perhaps Biara needs his blood in some cind of rite/magic. She allso says that she has another card, a strong one. I wonder what that is.

I think she just want to kill him so the Holy Griffin Empire cannot get im has there new king.
Maybe the her master can see into the future or something lol.
Or it may be to scare Freyda and co. Maybe she doesnt want him do die.

None of them would make sense. Her army was greater than the good heroes' combined because they were weakened from war. She already was the queen and the Holy Griffin is divided.
No she had a reason she retreated and got the boy and it was not politics.

Agree with Elvin here. She has no big reason to be afraid of the rebels. If someone could forsee that the rebels would become a threat she could just wipe them out instead of making a "tactical retreat". After all there must be a reason why she just let the rebels take the dwarven city. When she talks about having need of Andrei she sounds more like a vampire to me. Perhaps succubuses enjoy drinking blood too. It would not suprise me.

Remember that at the end of the normal game, the Demon Sovereign releases Isabel to Godric, Zehir, Findan and Raelag. He says that they can have her, because he already has what he needs from her (which was the mark, through which she would give birth to the Demon Messiah). That should tie in with whatever it is that Biara wants.
What would the thought be if Biara (or the Demon Sovereign) needed Andrei to create offspring with Griffin blood in their veins?

perhaps, since the orcs were created with humans, that were injected with demon blood, the demon "problem" child will have 1/2 human, 1/2 demon blood, that way the demons can get the orcs on their side to fight everyone else

Play.com claim to have Tribes Of The East in store from today. They are usually very reliable (did I say that before, lol?) - anyway, they listed release day as October 12th for quite a while, so I see no reason for them to claim to have it in store unless they actually did have the real product in hand. My order status is changed from "Pre-ordered" to "Order placed", so I'm interested to say whether they will actually post it tomorrow.
One explanation might be that they have received first batch so that customers can have it on October 12th - however they claim that item will ship within 24 hours, so let's see what happens.

Perhaps it will come 12th day on Friday. When Heroes V came it was on stores one day before game release. How ever i went to buy the game and they said it will come on sails tomorrow. I said that the other stores are already selling this game (so they told me) and then the sales man get furious "Who sells this game? It's illegal! Say the name of the store and i will report this!" Then i left place and went to other store. Here salesman said he was sorry that he was said that they have they game. He had just got phone call to not sell the game (I wonder if i had anything to do whit that). I knew the guy and he said he was "testing" the game on back room before we spoke. I asked him to switch jobs (well tough of it anyway) but i ended up buying the game on it's release date, day after that.
