Friendly Discussion
I'd just like to bring up that I don't like the way a few select threads in Other Side are progressing.
There is friendly discussion and then there are remarks that attack people simply for their opinions or beliefs. I will not tolerate it and I'm glad to see that the moderators have taken some action.
I do however feel that some members have been getting more attention then they deserve for posting such outrageous comments of biggotry and prejudice on the boards. I think it's best that we don't give these people the pleasure of seeing our anger or distress.
I think the best way to deal with this is to simply ignore these posts and request that the moderators deal with them accordingly. People should be able to discuss these topics in a civilized manner and if they can't, I don't think they should be given attention or have the right to post here.
I'm not for censorship, but when the line gets crossed, I think the ship needs to tighten up a bit. Pretty much everyone is upset right now and I really think something needs to be done.
Anyway if you feel the way I do or if you disagree feel free to post here.

I agree as well, as you've probably seen from my responses.
Hopefully members will take this to heart and we won't have to turn into heavy handed moderators here, I would much prefer free discussion.

Well, it's a delicate matter. If you strongly believe that, I dunno, you will become a scientist one day, someone telling you that you can't and all in what you believe is wrong simply hurts your feelings. Same for faith.

Other side of the Monitor was created to talk about the real life events or about you as a real person.
Not your internet Persona.
Political-Debates-theories-opinions-Quotes.
Even kids should have a right for a childish opinion.
Everything else thats not real life related should be in the tavern or the VW where it belongs.

Well I just explained it to you above Ecoris.
Ashray & the others are disrespectful to the events in the forum.
I think a warning should be shot for off topics.
COmmon curtosy has always been tough for teenagers through the yrs.
It's either you got it or you dont.
Warnings dont help then I would suggest silence.
Theres a point to all of this in MODeration  .
You just dont do that.

I wasn't the one telling everyone I have no respect for them for no good reason. Look she was pissing off everyone, so I decided to call her on the carpet, cause I thought she was not being nice to anyone who disagreed with her in the least.
That was my problem.
