OMG
check this out
I joined this guys 20hp game thinking I could take him on, he was ice I was sundered.
1 health!
he was laughing so hard, so annoying 
especially since it was so close. normally I dont care and just Alt+f4 if I have to go, but this guy was irritating and I was holding him off even though he got 2 Marmadons and 1 giant right from the get go.
And for those who dont know the word **** is replaced with pox in the chat and thats him talking not me

Since then I bought a pack of 100 cards
And I've worked my way up to a good deck through trading
I just need to get them up some levels now
I have one exotic spell, Grimlic's Mirror which I'm going to trade because it's worth a lot and hopefully I can get some good champions off it, maybe even the Ironfist Paladin I've been trying to get.
I currently use a Ironfist/K'thir deck but I'm working my way to a full 20 Ironfist and 20 K'thir deck to play individually...
But I just like the mixture of the brute melee of the Ironfist and the unmatched ranged power of the K'thir... Elven Archer

i havent had that close losses... ive been away from poxnora (and computer games in general) for a while, time to get back on playing.
if you think of making a tank group out of heavy melee & ranged together, that sounds like ouch against Area of Effect stuff... then again, what do i know. i still havent got my own cards. yet.

I haven't found AOE to be that much of a problem, not too many people use it. The biggest problems I've found are simply melee counters.
My cards aren't THAT experienced yet, but I don't have any cards left to trade pretty much so unless I buy another pack (doubt it) these are what I'm stuck with
My current Ironfist/Kthir lineup:
Ranger
Centaur Archer (200cp, my best card)
Elven Archer
Elven Mage
Battlerager
Deep Miner x 2
Earthmover
Forest Dragon
Garu Hurler
Mountain Garu
Garu Shaman
Priest of Valdac
Stone Collossus
Treant Launcher

Hammer Strike
Restore Life
Righteous Deflection
Granite Bracers
It's a little weak on spells and all, but whatever.
Granite Bracers works great on Ranger, as it blocks the first attack of every round, and Ranger does riptoste back at the attacker if he blocks it.
Stone Colossus + Armorer = invincible
I've also got a few other rares that I don't use atm, like Elven Fury, Groble Piledriver, Guard Tower, Elven Illusionist (Elder Garu illusion lol) and Dwarven Catapult.
I'm trying to get Barbarian Commander and Stone Dragon atm though.

yea barb comm rules. curse you for not using the poor little Wrath  its kinda sad to look at DoW scores.
btw no earth golem? i always thought he was a really fun Ironfist unit.

I had earth golem but I kicked him for being slow
He can't take physical damage but people can find away around it before you can deal enough damage, by the time it takes to get there...
I just fought a guy with double Barbarian Commander, both with Enrage 3 so every attack I do to him gives him +9 attack, he was doing 30 dmg per attack...
Then he pulled out an Elemental Warstaff and a Dwarf King i had no hope
I'm just in the process of trying to get most of my guys up CP.
Only three of my units don't need any more CP, that's my Garu Hurler, Centaur Archer and Elven Archer, all expensive enough already.
And yeah I don't want to play a race I don't like, and the only ones I like are Kthir, Ironfist and Forsaken Wastes...
But i've noticed alot of people playing Moga atm though. Shattered peaks. Must be so annoying trying to control them with G'hernbound and everything.

Since the patch no one can stand a chance to moga really, they are so imba now.
The units individually are pretty crap but you can get so many for such a low cost, and with Surge:moga on so many units, the g'hern are getting insane dmg.
I fought a guy playing moga who had alright cards, no exotics or anything, but rares, but they were all Lvl 1, no experience. Mine being all around level 2,3,4 I should have won, but he just overwhelmed me.
Got his G'hern thrower to throw a few slingers down towards my nora font, and even though I had righteous deflection so he couldnt do any dmg he used cyclops belt to knock me out of range of my nora font (seeing as I had one expensive unit rather than 5 cheap ones) and took my font, then killed me with AoE. I didn't have a hope from then on

i could bet a battlegroup with 2 earth golems could handle moga&ghern easily - theyre all so physical damage (except maybe if the enemy has voil screechers, which is why deflection, once again, rules - theyre also weak to sonic damage they deal). im sure there is SOME efficient way to move the earthies faster...
but i never wouldve guessed SP is going to rule(as it does now, looking at the DoW scores). FS and IF always seemed so überstrong to me :/
or maybe im just obsessed with earthies. against ST, for example, theyre the most useless units imaginable.

You could use the spell Light as a Feather to take the 'lumbering' status off of Earth Golems

Seriously you guys should play this game.
I've gotten really addicted to it.
I've only bought one pack ever and due to some lucky trades and some luck I've managed to pull together a very competitive deck..
I got down to about rank 900. But I get really frustrated when I lose, so I had to stop playing for a while
Here's my current Ironfist Stronghold line-up (not including spells), pictured is my most prized card: the Elemental Warstaff, arguably the rarest card in the game.

anyhow.. been addict to this game for while...
while still low rank, do enjoy the trading of rune more than actual playing. (As still couldn't get a good group together)

I only have one exotic and took me ages to get, I only bought one 100 pack and even that had no exotics!
We should play sometime my IGN is Kilmo7
I don't really have any spares the way I built up a decent BG is by trading all my cards from every other faction except Ironfist..

I've played it once. It was fun, I think I tried out all of the basic decks, but I just don't have time for long battles that I can't stop at any moment if needed.

I'm serious it makes my blood boil Have a look at this:
Lose with 4 health left on the shrine... That's ok, but I better have another match to redeem myself...
