Tradewind, music
Hello people, I wanted to promote my band Tradewind through some forums and I thought that one of the best places to start would be here. Well I know that this is not a music forum but I think that all "heroes" players have some common things in their way of thinking and feeling. I wanted to share our music with u. Great!
You remind me of Blind Guardian... With more growling tho.
I like it, although it can seem just a tiny bit repetitive at times. And the vocal could do with more practice...
Your name is somewhat... Well it doesn't fit, in my opinion.
But the guitar is awesome. Really great. Riffs are good and everything seems really professional.
Btw what do you do in the band? Bass, guitar, drums...?

About the name, I don't think its bad also, but if you guys will want to go mainstream with a record label, you wouldn't stand a chance with this one. This more sounds like british pop name of band, not some metal band.
The voice.. Its not bad, but i'm neither impressed either. Or maybe its just me...
Overall the band is good-great.

Well the name is a long long long and old story... But in short, it comes from Magic the Gathering cards. There was a card Tradewinder Rider and in the bottom had a nice quote-saying which is important for us. None of us plays Magic but the idea is from there.
