That's fine, however I was sorta thinking that we could maybe move the set day a bit forward, to give other's a chance to particpate in the contest, and hopefully have more competition for you all 
What does everyone think about this?

Like I said, yeah. It could also mention the campaign writing competition and some of the recent Modding groups that have sprung up, saying that if anyone has something to contribute (Mod wise) let us know so they can help.

Okay this is just what I have done for ratings, because none of the Judges seem to be here.
Here is what I think.
Bixie
Interesting Game, how you use the Harry Potter Characters, in a city.
I like how you have Each Character but they each are different, in that the Levels and enemies you face are different with each of them, which is quite interesting and something I have rarely seen in Games.
This seems something that would be alot of fun.
The Spells are also interesting, and so are the Enhancements.
Perhaps some more music choices would be available, some from other Genres
Some original Ideas in this game, and If it actually came out, I would play it
Daystar
A HOMM MMORPG, interesting.
I like some of the ideas, as they are original, and the use of HOMM being put into something like an MMORPG just like what was done with the Warcraft series, in that they had the Warcraft Games and then there was World of Warcraft which is an MMORPG, is quite interesting.
It would certainly give the Series a new element, and would certainly attract more players, because not everybody likes TBS Games, but also not everyone likes MMORPG but MMORPG's are generally much more popular and can be more fun to play because of the sheer amount of other Players playing with you at the same time.
I like how you actually introduced some new "races" or "alliances" as you call them (I think?), and I like how some of them are new, and that not all of them are taken straight from the HOMMV game...it is good that some of them are made-up and are original, because this gives players something to look forward to, and is something totally new to them.
I think this would be a very interesting game, if it was ever made, and it would be something that I would try out

Hmmm, I do not know if this is supposed to be serious, or just a joke submission, please let me know if this is an actual submission

Interesting storyline, too bad Australia had to be sunk, lol
There is not much to say, because you have not really expanded upon what you can do in the game, which is probably the most important thing.
Guarder
Another Game similar to HOMM5, but with some new things, which I like.
I like the idea that you go from Zero to a Hero, and that you can choose your class when you reach level 5.
It would have been good, if perhaps you had skill points and such, and you could have "Sub-Classes" within specific Classes.
Some original Ideas that I like, and I would play this game
Aronius
Another Game which is similar to a Heroes of Might and Magic game.
I like how you have Castles, but perhaps there could have been more
It would have also been good, that instead of just having one enemy, perhaps you could have a few enemies, because this might give it some challenge and some randomness, rather then just fighting the same enemy over and over.
Now just some Points on the Storyline....
Just wondering why these people, the "Castles" would be able to have a Time Machine?
I mean, if they had a Time Machine, they would not actually be in Castles, and they would be more advanced like our modern society.
Just curious how they would actually be able to Duplicate themselves?
Hmm, you mentioned after that they went out on Destruction and to Conquer the World, but then right after that you said that there is world peace between the five nations and then the Armageddons appear and mess everything up.
Now if they are out on Destruction and to Conquer the World, that there would NOT be world peace?
Now onto some of the other Stuff you mentioned.
You mentioned that every Castle has 5 creatures and that the last one ends with a Dragon.
Now wouldn't it be better if it was not a Dragon for every single Castle?
If they were all the same type of Dragon then it would be a bit boring, but I think having Dragons as the last creature for EVERY Castle might be a bit boring, and it would be better IMO if they were all random Creatures, Perhaps with a Dragon in one Castle and then all random Creatures in all the other Castles.
I like how they each have a different type of Magic, that will make each Castle Unique with Magic, and will add a certain degree of Challenge to the game.
I also like how you said that if you bind all 5 types of Magic, that you could defeat the Armageddons, because that is something original and that I have rarely seen before.
I like how you can be the Armageddons with Single Player 2, and that you have to kill everyone else, that seems like it would be fun
I also like Multiplayer 1 and Multiplayer 2
I think that this game would be fun to play, and all my opinions here were just some friendly criticism
Okay now onto the Rankings.

6th Place: Baklava (as I do not know if it is a serious submission or not, I will re-rank if it is)

Sure.
Instead of having some Judges (Who did not do anything), maybe I could run this contest every once in a while, maybe like Genielord's thread of the Create a Town Contest, perhaps this could be the same but with creating a Game

if there is going to be another one, we need a genre of game (RTS, RPG, FPS) to give people a challenge.
