This is kind of a bug that happened today. I was moving my hero on sea but for some reason he decided to leave the boat right in the water...(that happened the turn before the picture was made)
The turn afterwards I could move him back in, but with the movement penalty of course  and forgetful as I am there was even 1 fire dragon with the hero which I forgot to take away from him 
Anyway he got home safely
